In my opinion physical attraction is very important, especially in the early stages of dating/relationships. Get in shape and pay attention to what you wear around others, and DO NOT forget hygiene. The vulnerability, emotions, and communication skills come in after the relationships is established and keep it together for a long time. There is a reason many couples are together decades after their physical peaks.
