My friends were 3 nerdy afcs and a slutty insecure girl (who slept with people cooler than us for validation). I wanted to change, and introduce girls in my life - I went out and made new friends. Likewise, if you don't take criticism personally, you demonstrate that you know your own value, and the fact that you are open minded.
