1	We're equal but also we demand unique privileges In Australia it's expected you have an RDO (rostered day off) every fornight or month. I would consider it odd to have a job that doesn't allow it (or Flexi time or something). And it's not an issue. For lower level job where you need bodies at stations, you have them scheduled maybe a week in advance. For higher level jobs people can actually sort themselves out to be available when they need to be, or have the foresight not to book a meeting when a long weekend would be nicer.	/r/PussyPassDenied	25/05/22 04:05 AM

Hormones are just as much of a given as strength. 1	Woman tries to divorce her boyfriend of 22 years, forgets that she lives in a state that doesn't recognise Common Law marriage. That's a really poor way to look at it. I was talking to someone the other day who had not long divorced after 20 years. He said he got the same thing from people ' oh now its all a waste ' and so on. But he said it doesn't change any thing. They still raised a family, built a life and a home together, and mostly had a great time.
