Having preferences on what you find attractive in a partner based on biology is different than expecting different standards of behavior for your partner than yourself. Men are typically taller and stronger than women due to our biology. The easy way to illustrate this to people is to ask them what they're applying the definition of woman to. Make them apply to a practical every day problem, for instance who can use a woman's bathroom. Then offer up your own definition, then throw in some outliers, amend your definition, more outliers, another amending, and the person who originally asks the question "what is a woman" will begin to understand its not a simple question.

The US is 53, the UK 21, and Iceland, Norway, and Finland make up the top 3 in that order. The US went down by 2 from 2018. It’s not just doing better. If millennial dad’s did 50% more that’s doing better. But they’re doing 300% and 200% more. That’s orders of magnitude better. So men have come a long way in a short amount of time and women are content to shit on their efforts.
