I had a christian mom and jewish dad (they were divorced) and these kind of issues arose with them. I agree that the father should have more rights and it sounds like your ex is being incredibly difficult, but I'm not sure you really DO have the right to take your daughter to a different church if your ex has asked that you don't. You make a good point, but I have to disagree. She was willing to sacrifice someone elses life so that she didn't have to face consequences. Had there not been video proof, those mens lives would of been ruined forever. I'm ok with her life being ruined for the same thing. Had she stolen a car or something I'd be alot more lenient, but rape allegations is becoming a dangerous weapon that has almost no penalty right now.

I don't understand this stuff. If someone accuses someone else for rape, and it's proven that they lied about it, they should be subject to the same sentencing that the accused would of gotten. I'm not sure why we don't do this. Any thoughts?
