I fully agree with the arrest, but I don't like the way of getting her to the ground. The slam as can be seen in this video was unnecessary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRYbhJ6T7cc There are far more effective and elegant methods of getting someone to the ground and a police officer should know about them. What is he going to do with someone who doesn't weigh half is body weight. He can't slam them to the ground. A simple foot sweep where you guide her to the ground is the far better solution…

It was run over by alt-right people for some time and the definition of pussypass changed quite a bit. It was really unbearable.

Not in this case, but what if she fell down by the push and knocked her head on the ground? You always have to look at the risk/reward. I prefer not to get into legal trouble. Assholes are not really worth it.

After hearing that she was in remission from cervical cancer, Baker was also spared from paying compensation to her victim. How does that work?

I wasnt talking from experience, just trying to understand the reasoning behind the situation

I guess its because its assumed that driving is an active act while having sex in this case for the woman is passive. In reality its if course not that black and white but I guess thats the reasoning behind it.

Did you read the article? It was not her fault.

It works both ways. You just say "I could rape you right now. I could hwve my dick inside you and there would be nothing you could do if I really wanted to. Depending on her reaction you either both laugh about it or you know you dodged a bullet.

stripping someone naked against their will and uploading a video of it to youtube. To me that sounds like creating and distributing child pornography.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
