Even if Chris Rock pressed charges and Will Smith was arrested AND convicted he still would not go to prison (prison and jail are also very different!) and would not be a felon. The terms are kind of important, especially since convicted felons lose a lot of their rights (right to vote, own guns, etc). You can ignore or decline the request. They cannot just get your videos or look at your live feed whenever they want.
