Thanks for this man I don't really know anything about this but I'm gonna have a look into it!

Our purpose is to survive long enough for us to fuck as many girls as possible to ensure the survival of our species. Nothing more, nothing less.

You can't say it's all about confidence & then say you're going to try and hold on to your hair for the next 10 years bro. That's a contradiction haha

I can tell myself I don't care... but I fucking do. Why? Because I like sleeping with hot girls and when I'm bald that's significantly harder.

bald men don't age like fine wine. We've already aged haha

When you're bald, your attraction will forever rest on 'even though', unfortunately. He's hot... even though he's bald. So you basically have to excel in every area of your life to get that 'even though'. There is quite literally no other way. Speaking from experience, I went bald at 20 and it's been absolutely shit. People may say it's because of a loss of confidence.. but it's like yeah no shit I became far less attractive.. what do you expect to have happened to my confidence?

For sure, my headspace is terrible and I project all rejection onto my hair. I was infinitely better looking when I had hair though, no denying that and it fucking sucks haha

I know man and I try and be as positive and grateful as possible, I know I have a lot to be grateful for, but i feel like I'm missing out on my twenties and being young and dating etc. Its been almost 2 years since anyone showed any genuine interest in me... and I'm fairly social because I have like 3 friend groups so its not an exposure problem, I'm just met with indifference

I would agree but I can't get a woman to save my life so it's hard to adopt that mentality. Like a homeless man saying he doesn't want a lambo because of the maintenance costs

An entitled western woman lol

I try and talk to them bro but they're never interested. They always go for my mates, to the point where I will cold approach a group when we're out and my mates reap the benefit.

Yeah I know my attitude is horrible, I really am trying to work on it.. how can I be confident without it when I've been shown time and time again by experiences with other people that it's to the contrary?

I can feel like an ugly fucker & be able to kick someone in the head at the same time haha. I'm sorry man but going bald at 42 and being bald at 24 are not the same. I understand the point, wear it like armour and it can't be used against you.. but fuck if it doesn't stop me from getting girls my age.

I'm trying, I've been rejected from all cold approaches I've done and I probably get 1 match a week on tinder, and I think I've had 2 girls respond to me in 6 months.

hahahah I speak Spanish and Portuguese so anywhere in South America would be accessible for me... But that's running away from the problem that I can't get girls in my country

Being honest, apart from a picture of me snowboarding there's nothing on my tinder related to any of what I've mentioned in this post I have actually looked into getting a style coach or something of the sort, although I was also thinking about asking my gay cousin for free but haven't got round to it yet haha

That is true man, I do have everything I need. And in terms of socialising, my mates are pretty amazing too. But I think it comes back to my middle point again, I have everything i need but in the back of my mind I know it's an uphill battle to get a girl, and that sparks me wanting one. Appreciate the comment though man, I'm gonna try and adopt that mentality.

Thanks for the reply man, very in depth! Hockey is amazing, I've tried my hand at quite a few sports and not one of them come anywhere close to the rush of it, I'm in the UK though so it's a shame it's not that big here. I'm a bolts fan as well so was chuffed to see them take the cup recently. I've been looking into negative stoicism which is basically trying to look at what I have/stand to lose as opposed to what I don't have, but it takes some serious willpower to not fall back into older habi…

I try to be bold on tinder but the amount of times I send a message to them then get unmatched lmao, knocks me a little every time haha

so what to do if you're ugly
/r/askTRP13/11/20 09:48 AM

I agree it should, but in some instances it's basically impossible to hit that top 20% that would be successful online. Ugly dudes can hit that 20% in real life through charisma etc far easier than they can hit it online.

Doesn't work if you're not good looking, same with all online dating

Multitask. Improvement of any sort will drag other areas of your life up to. You're either moving forward and making waves, or getting worse. Take responsibility for your life and work hard to get to where you want to be, or don't. The choice is yours.

I don't mean to say everything in their life is easy, but worrying about having to workout to build muscle to attract girls, or make serious money to have a nice apartment to bring girls back to, for examples, is never going to be an issue for them.

This is absolute bollocks lmao. I've got two friends who essentially have the possibility to get a different tinder girl round every night if they so wanted. I'm talking girls super like them, message first and are keen as fuck. Nothing to do with the effort they put into their 'lifestyle', all to do with their height and facial aesthetics. If you're a natural, you don't need to put any work in, so why would you?

Ever seen cool runnings? There's a quote from that film that I think really sticks here, and im a fellow 24 yo who has felt the same way you do for quite a while (wanting more etc); 'If you're not enough without it, you'll never be enough with it.' There is no greater purpose to life, and a life well lived comes in all shapes and sizes. Evidence of this is everywhere. Some of the happier countries are poorer countries & literally all blue zones have a strong emphasis on community, not on riches …

I agree with you there, but I for sure think about all the hotties that love a guy with muscles when I'm pushing for that last rep. My question to OP would be, If you had a smoking girlfriend right now who didn't give a fuck about your jawline, would you still get it done?

So on the one hand you agree appearances matter and that you judge people based on their appearance, but on the other you say it's beta to want to be more attractive. Which is it bro?

I'd rather be fat than bald. It's socially acceptable to call someone out for being bald, but you're a cunt if you ridicule someone for being fat.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
