-9	Men should be allowed to sign away parental rights without the consent of the woman during pregnancy. If she can choose to not be a mother, he should be able to choose to not be a father. I think a better law would be women should be required to have written consent from the father before being able to receive an abortion. If the father is unknown, abortion should not be possible for her, unless her own life or the future child's wellness is in question. You don't know if he was in the country temporarily as a tourist, for work, or visiting family. If he was undocumented, he would have been booked and summoned for a hearing date. A ticket + a summons seems fine to me. You were speeding enough to warrant a ticket (> ~10mph in most areas outside of school zone, or >15mph in a decline slope).
