No, she's not road-blocking. Urologists are specialty doctors and nearly always require a referral here in the US...a referral that also accompanies a recent routine physical exam. Get your annual physical done. You should anyway. Then talk to your doc about your wishes for a V.

Bingo is often used as fundraising nights for local non-profits in many places (in my experience: youth hockey programs here in Minnesota). Bingo usually draws the senior/elderly crowd that are there for cheap entertainment. Add in some drink specials and a theme night and you bring in a different, novelty crowd that isn't afraid to spend some money and raise funds at the same time.

In most states, if not all of them, it's a criminal offense (state felony, I believe) to intentionally or knowingly fail to pay child support. The defendent's only defense is that they are financially unable to pay, at which point they need to prove to the courts that that is true. Definitely talk to a couple family law lawyers, I know there is at least one firm here in Minnesota that actually specializes in representing men in family law cases. More importantly, though, bring this to the attent…

Possibilities of trolling aside, this is likely more due to the fact that men are significantly less likely to seek medical help or attend their regular physicals, thus many things either go unreported or are not properly prevented.
