This just feels like it wasn't enough. If the genders were reversed, the guy would be behind bars for years!

Not to mention a lot of jobs that provide skills that can be useful outside the military will now be filled with only women.

I got so excited when I saw Lancaster! But you had to ruin it by saying Pennsylvania...i'm 15 minutes away from Lancaster California...

There is so little information in this article to prove whether or not this belongs in Mens Rights. Arguments can be made that if the unruly passenger were a male, then he would have been treated as a terrorist, where as in this case it being a female, it was handled as a customer service dispute. Information that would help: Did the man say or do anything to the woman and vice verse? What counts as unruly? Did the man belong to any program to warrant him getting the seat such as him having freq…

I...watched...alll of that...I dont even have kids to blame for watching kids show...But I dont think this episode was sexist against men...I think it was equally sexist to women as well...

In all honesty, It kind of annoyed me. Instead of saying "Phil I dont agree with you" They wasted a bunch of time saying "My honorable friend, I congratulate you for your research and the time that you have spent to do this research and thankyou all for being here, but my honorable friend, i hate you" every time someone stood up to speak.

Wish I had read this earlier. I sat around hoping to atleast hear comments from those in the audience that werent really part of the debate...One guy just checks his phone...angry birds maybe?

I just watched it. No one actually brought up any "statistics" to disprove the original statistics, and when they did they were quickly shot down. It seemed as though during the last half of the debate the two women (neither of the other two men who had spoken earlier spoke again) simply gave excuses as to why women deserve less harsher punishments, all the out reach programs for women only both in prison, and out of prison. I dont know too much about the U.K. and as the original guy would have …

And if a guy did this to 12 year old girls it would be ok?

This action is more likely to get you jailed and custody "legally" given to the crazy mother.

It almost seems as though he's writing from the perspective of a person who lives in a wonderland where divorce never happens, equal rights and unicorns exist!

I dont know why you got down voted, but I do agree with you to a point! Awareness like this is the first step. The problem now, is that when those of us do need help, there is no one around to ask for it, and so, when ever we try to create an organization, a group, and single individual willing to extend a reaching hand we are bombarded with lies, insults, and sometimes even death threats. But, keep in mind, the beginnings of every movement is filled with opposition, and it takes time to open up…

I'm probably going to be down voted to hell, but I'm going to be the bad guy here and say that for the most part, that poster conveyed many valid points as to how to recognize abuse. Most people, not just women are very blind to how to see abuse. Though, some things in this poster can be excluded...like using male privilege...as a male, I have yet to learn how to use my male privilege...am I supposed to go to a store somewhere and pick one up?

I know right? Just the other day I was 5 days into creating a planet with creatures and what not, and some feminist floats on by and yells at me that the female creatures didnt have enough rights over the male creatures...and then somehow sued me for me planet! Ugh! Worse day ever! She then flooded the whole damn thing later...

*Giving her an allowance Yes, I'm abusing the shit out of you by giving you my money. The way you are wording it and the way the poster words it are abuse. Please do not confuse this with setting a budget and keeping to it. "Allowances" is a form of manipulation and control that can be perpetrated both by men and women alike.

If you're in the states, contact your local veteran affairs office. Often times veterans don't know what benefits they may have after leaving the military, and the VA offers many services to veterans no matter how long or how short a service that person served for. the VA has much more resources than you do. Contact them and ask what they can do. Doing so may help both you and the veteran!

Posts like this give us a bad name and feminists more ammo! The second panel is indeed blatant sexism! While in the military I expected females to carry as much as they physically could, and let me tell you, there wasn't a 78 pound difference between her and a man!

And I deserve the same rights as well. we each deserve the same rights no more, no less. On this one point alone I someday hope everyone of every color, race religion and gender can agree upon. Once we all are able to do that, I can see a lot of problems in the world disappearing. Edit: forgot to say, thanks for coming over here and not only asking questions, but also asking with an open mind! You're a breathe of fresh air.

I'm probably way too late to reply and may never be read, but I'll just go ahead and give my 2 cents. I personally would prefer that there were no such thing as feminism, nor MRA, I would much prefer only humanism, but unfortunately thats not the case, and never will be. Instead of women pointing out a certain situation and saying "is that fair to women" or men saying "is that fair to men" I would much prefer "is that fair". We all are human after all and it is human nature to find differences a…

A question from someone in the U.S. If I were to defend myself or knee jerk reaction strike a woman after she's in whatever way struck me in the balls, who would lose in court?

Even if he is mocking us, it doesn't change the fact that people give me weird glances or talk and point at me when they don't think i'm looking whenever i'm with my baby sister. I remember one time I brought my sister to an indoor play area in a mall. A guy from tgif came around and gave a coupon for a a free appetizer to all the moms. He looked at me and then walked away to go back to work. That hurt... a lot...but not as much as the moms glaring at me, I overheard one asking if I had been giv…

I was always under the impression that the nursing field was in need of more males for equality and what not and that they had or were in the process of stopping showing favoritism to females. Source: my female nurse friend

I'm not going to defend the stance of PUA's in general but I am going to at the least tell my story as a former pua as a former pua and let you make your own decision about it. I was in the military and in love with my fiancee whom I was with for the last 5 years, and who also was my high school sweet heart. While deployed she cheated on me. Coming back from overseas I was ready to just move on, and just meet another woman. The problem? I had no real experience dating! I went to bars and clubs w…
