Personal advice do bodyweight workouts i started with 300 push ups a day. 100 regualr 100 diamonds and 100 widegrip. After 2 months added 200 squats and 50 pistol squats and a full 20 minute ab workout along with a extra 600 pushups. So right now i do 300 regular and 300 diamonds and 300 wide grip. Which i work night shift so i have the time. And when i first started i always did 20 or 10 extra. So if i did 50 the first set I'd add 10 or 20 to it. If you decide to use it just adjust accordingly.

That last one was just fucking terrible. Honestly i believe everyone should habe to sit down and listen amd take a child abuse course like the one they give lawyers in some law schools. It's a hard course not school hard but emotionally hard. I had to sit in on one at Liberty University. Hardest course I've ever sat in on. Maybe it would make people think twice before pulling false accusations

I did and then she started calling my mother a bitch and was being really disrespectful and that was the last straw i was going to be nice and cordial but no one disrespects my family period.

I think i have watched that one. And i am walking away. It's better to just cut my loses and move on than be someone I'm not i just wanted a place i can work out my thoughts and i figured this reddit would be a good place to do it

Hoenstly I've hit screw it I'm gonna have her back a bag and take her back to her hometown in TN. And I'm gonna come back and smoke a cig, play some vidoe games with my best friend and go to work. I hate the person I've become and my fuse is done and used.
