Now take all the women working, average their salaries. Now find the difference. That's it. exactly, the issue with the "pay gap" comes up because of that metric. "same performance". just because our job titles happen to be the same does not mean we do the same work or complete work to the same level of standards. In my workplace, they don't even care about qualifications anymore. We have "too many men" so we need to bring in women, many of whom can't handle the pressures and the workload given to them. The last women we hired came to me every day for a month asking for help with the simplest problems any first year student should be able to figure out. But "diversity"…
