Same here. I was reminded of these innate female traits when I moved in with my grandparents. When I am with my grandpa, who has Alzheimer's, I am definitely my best self. I become very nurturing and helpful in a way women instinctively are, in true feminine nurturing through giving warmth, smiling, and making the world around me a better, nicer, cozier place. This made me realize these things are not signs of weakness when they are directed at the right people. (Even if it's directed towards ju…

I agree, what you said is just fine. this has nothing to do with stereotyping. It is so important to let other women know what to look out for. This gaslighting women into feeling they are "uncool", "unfriendly", or plain "mean" for not putting up with these twisted men is so wrong I almost think it should be criminal!

I would add that if they treat you badly and you still like them you will have to look deeply into yourself to figure out why. And once you do, fixing it is terribly hard. But it is possible and worth it. I have personally had to take that journey of figuring out why I am attracted to men who treat me badly, and it has been a painful road filled with tough realizations... and I am so much better for it, and no longer a viable target for LVM (I just steer clear of them).

Although you told him to try again when he is 100% over his ex I sincerely hope you did NOT mean he should try again with you. You should definitely just block him and forget all about him. This is a great step towards the better things that are waiting for you out there...

LVM will make you pay half so they can save money for the girls they keep on the side... and even if they don't, you can do so much better financially on your own, no matter your income, once you have FULL CONTROL of it. The worse personal experience I had was a situation with an ex in which I discovered money I gave him for my half of the bills ended up going directly to a girl he was cheating with while 'working' overseas. He used it to pay gas for her bike. (how trashy are these girls?!?!!? j…

Been there, especially when I was younger, and grew the hell out of it. I think it is so important to realize that being single can be way more awesome and rewarding than spending your time with such an emotionally challenged waste of space. not to mention - you should to be single and keep your options open for when the right person for you comes along, not tie yourself down with a LVM! I will never understand why in the age of sexual liberation it is such a huge deal for men to just admit you …

Honest question (maybe I'm too "innocent" in these matters): how would you actually found out if your subscribers are like this? I mean, in my experience many of the men who go on these websites (after finding the nude models on IG or FB or whatever) are definitely like this, I have not really seen many successful mentally healthy and confident men spending too much of their time/money on artistic nudes... (again, I may totally be "too innocent" to know, I am limited in my personal experience)

I agree. It is terribly sad that she lets her reactions be conditioned by him, letting him dictate a new standard for right and wrong, and confusing her inner thoughts and feelings. I have been in situations where a LVM (thanks for confirming that this is a real thing, I am new here!) made me doubt myself and my values, and that self doubt is the worse. I would advise OP to trust her gut and take action, the reason she feels that it is wrong is because IT IS WRONG, she is right and he is wrong a…
