Sleep paralysis is very rare and only happens when something goes wrong with the body. You can’t do it on purpose. If you ever end up with sleep paralysis it’s very easy to go into a lucid dream. It was amazing being able to travel and go into the outdoors. Parents had an rv for awhile. A lot of fun memories. Redwood forest was the best in terms of how beautiful it was. Unfortunately my father is the stupid one in the relationship. RV bought by my mother’s inheritance? Got sold and the money is gone forever. Anyways, i think if you are going to dream, dream big! Don’t bother reading next part if you watch video. This might just confuse. Short answer- these are significantly inaccurate in a way. Women’s average is actually lower than that. Reason why the graph shows differently is because the data came from the short window in which the girls have matured earlier.

I think I’m good on recipes. Also I remember that the diet I’m on is a little more lenient then the one I should be on. Nut flours are often used. Mostly coconut and or almond. I’d welcome any tips. A routine to exercise starting from a very weak body using little to no equipment would be nice. I’m currently hopping between YouTube videos on different workouts and I often run into parts of it I’m unable to do because I don’t have the equipment or I’m too weak. Thanks for all your help.

Yep. That has been our experience with most of them. My sister got a famous doctor in a particular field to see her but he didn’t help worth shit. Luckily my mother found a couple of very good doctors. Doctors that were willing to research and got to events to try to find ways to help us. Have tried or are doing all sorts of treatments to help. Many of them are working well. Issue is we don’t have the money to do much.

Already on paleo plus other restrictions. No grains, carbs, gluten, sugar. Meat some berries vegetables and nuts are what I can have but I do have to remove nuts as my gut still isn’t healing.
