Doesn't sound like a plateau to me. Sounds like you need to optimize your time and routine to fit your new work life. A plateau would be more akin to no matter what you do you can't seem to get any gains. You just need to recalibrate. The importance of discipline is still accurate though.

I have a watchapp on my smart watch that starts the audio recorder on my phone. Looks like I'm just checking the time.

Just because you haven't been cheated on or caught someone cheating doesn't mean AWALT doesn't apply. just means your lucky or blind.

What good rogue resides in one circle? Unfortunately this pattern I've seen across many types of women. The reality is when you don't judge people they let you know how awful they are.

My former more beta self had many female friends and as being known as the amoral friend, everyone tells me the shit they shouldn't be doing. The majority of women cheat. AWALT I don't think I've ever actually heard one regret their behavior either.

This is excellent advice. After a marriage I put my ego into school, and then I lost it. Felt like I lost my reason to live. Don't make that mistake it can be soul crushing.

yes I learned after my second exwife to never trust what a woman says about her ex. She caught me in a low place and went branch swinging. She made her last guy sound like an alcoholic asshole. When we split up her alcoholic ass left her fb up so I snooped. She talked about me exactly like she talked about him. It was crazy she was telling people I was an alcoholic when I didn't drink and she was an alcoholic. She smeared me name everywhere she could. Turned everyone against me. Still had me ove…

It's a great diet but again it's just that a diet. Most people don't do keto for life. That's not me saying dont do it, but think about changes you can make with food that will be lifestyle changes. If you don't change your lifestyle you will end up in the same body. I tried keto years ago and had really good success but I only stuck with it for a month. I tried again later but had a limit of 60g of carbs which is kinda too high to be keto. That was awhile ago though. I got married, fat, and div…

I've personally found success with faking it till I made it. I used to be rather negative and unhappy, then my therapy explained it. I started to act like the person I wanted to be. I had to think about who that actually was, and in the end I've become a rather optimistic person. It took awhile, but now looking on the bright side is my default. Dont get me wrong now. I'm still a realist. I just dont bother worrying about doom and gloom until it happens then I handle it accordingly, wash my hands…

I was in a bad situation and my friend halfway across the country said I could crash at his place. After being there a few days I knew I had to come back home but I bought a plane ticket home 2 weeks away from when I purchased the ticket. Huge mistake, turns out we only like each other in small increments. We were such good friends before, now not at all.

Single women you compete against every man she walks past, married women it's just one.

I have had many women in my early years lead me on all the time like that. I didn't realize it for years but I was fulfilling their attention needs with no payoff for me! I was ripped off! They will do that, string you on enough to keep you coming around to fulfill their needs. Learn to spot it and you will save yourself a lot of energy and time.

I really like how you keep referring to your reality. I've found myself actually doing the same when describing how shit is. Pay attention to actions not words. It's very easy to lie with words. Not so easy with actions, but still possible. Like to appear less selfish one could always make small selfless acts which aren't really selfless but appear so.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
