No court ever says you get half of everything. Theres a value of assets number you're entitled to if it comes to that. In which case normally youd debate and decide who gets what to equal that number. You freaking rummy.

Are you an attorney? Do I have this all wrong? I assumed when they said three charges that each required 50k bond that means you need 10% of that number. Usually the case no? If 10% of the number is already 150k it's still possible to bond out with very little money as you can borrow it from a company that specializes in bonds. So either way what I'm saying is valid, a teachers salary is plenty to be able to bond out of jail.

Teachers in decent sized cities make decent money. I'm in a chicago burb, most teachers 10 years in are above $80k. Most bail requires 10% to bond out. So in this case $15k. This money can be borrowed too.
