Oh I'm in the US. Average college grad (pre covid at least) is making about 55k if memory serves. For engineering it's like 68,69k. Master's degrees tend to pay about 100-120k and professional degrees 140-400k or so. A lot of 2 yr associate degrees can pay 60-80k a yr actually. Dental hygienist, ultrasound tech) The top top jobs are difficult to obtain.

Yes but obesity is not inherent with white collar jobs. 2/3 of American adults are overweight or obese. It's not the jobs fault. I'd agree with you about stress though. A mechanic or plumber, conversely, is heavily predisposed to chronic pain due to the nature of their work.

The trades pay relatively well for their length of education and lower initial financial outlay. Therein lies their attraction to many people. I will say that I haven't met many tradespeople who have done their jobs for years and have avoided musculoskeletal issues. I've met a ton of them that have chronic back and neck pain I went white collar for interest in the career, income, job stability, and longevity. Some prestige too.

By doctor I presume you mean "physician" and not PhD, correct? Average doctor in the US makes 230-360k for most specialties. The super competitive ones are making a lot more but I bow to their amazing USMLE scores and accumen in responding to pimping questions. So much higher than "five figures." I put 40k as low middle class. It's a pretty big range for middle class imho. That's why I put 40-250k a yr for middle class. However, I'm personally considering this for individual income.
