19	Man sues restaurant for charging "man tax". As others have mentioned, the laws in california are different than most places. I thought it was a bit frivolous because I live in an area that allows ladies nights. However, in California it is illegal to discriminate based on gender; which means they can't restrict or charge different entry fees based on gender or race and they can't charge different prices within a business establishment based on the same as mentioned before.
