It's not about the gender bias son. Child support misuse is probably done by both sexes equally. Men are 91% of the people paying for child support. Meaning that men are suffering the most for this problem. That's a men's rights issue. CS is a broken system. Men generally don't need child care because men generally aren't raising the children. The problem goes a bit deeper than just this - more often than not in a divorce the women are given the custody of the kids, sometimes the dad is given visitation rights, and only in extremely rare instances does the dad get the kids. I think the point is that these child support cards are highly unregulated. Meaning that a women could make a purchase from the bar and the payment would go through, with no repercussions. I think what's going on here is the bar is electing to not allow this method of payment to try and protect the children.
