Thankfully no-one actually called me that, I think me using that term is actually detrimental to my point but the person attacking me was literally going to take absolutely anything I said and reword it to say I was against him and could “fuck off”. I would usually just tell people I treat people equally, unfortunately I think using the word Egalitarian where I live would probably be met with confused stares. This is pretty much what I was saying just more extreme. I will say that in my 28 years I have not faced anything as bad as you’re taking about. But I have definitely felt the PC culture change everything. Perhaps things aren’t as bad in the UK (presuming you live elsewhere). Still, things have gone too far the other way.

It really sucks for those of us who do have true feminist values, ie; feminism meaning equality and not the “I must hold doors open for the poor oppressed women” or the “men are shitbags and scum” views that get tossed around quite a lot these days as “feminism”. I always wish I was born a decade or two earlier, before the PC culture came in. I already have the moral barometer to treat people right, but now you can’t have fun as well. It’s not a deflection, I really feel sorry for you if you truly walk around believing that about half the people you meet. I never said my friends who are girls feel victimised by those who want to be victims, we laugh our arses off at them when we get together. About 1 in every 10 PEOPLE I meet, men as well as women, play the victim card. The rest of us are just normal and find it annoying.

Mate, if a girl and I are getting drunk and she consents to sex, we are going to be having fucking sex. If she then claims the next morning that I raped her, I would laugh her out of the building because we were both drunk and we BOTH GAVE CONSENT. You can’t retroactively take consent back AFTER the fact...that’s mental.
