81	Don't take the bait if a scrote from your past contacts you. They are only contacting you for nefarious and selfish reasons. I had a cheating ex (who discarded me, my old pickme self didn’t even leave 🤦🏻‍♀️) reach out to me and tell me he wants to talk so he can ‘focus on other things’, aka alleviate his guilt for the horrid way he treated me. Never a genuine apology or even asking how I’ve been doing after I was completely broken by him.
