And don't fuck with this long term dreamers mindset. Just knock off little goals one by one, and eventually you'll have made it to your long term goal without even having to worry or think about it. Long term breeds worry. Fuck long term. Short term is where your head should be.

And there is no end goal. That's the problem with this new generation. Everyone wants to think that you've made it, but as soon as you think you've made it, you lose it. Just improve until you die.

Don't compare. Comparing is the death of all personal progress because it forces you into a reactionary state of mind as opposed to an innovative state of mind. You begin to discover yourself less and emulate others more. Just focus on you. I've made this mistake in the past year and I really regret it. Just take life one step at a time, and be better than the version of yourself that you were yesterday.

Stop overthinking and live life. You have too many questions. Just get on with it.

There's that old adage: "this too shall pass". Time heals all wounds and, given the right mindset, will make you stronger.

I've been in the exact same situation for the past year. Loved my ex, had a LTR with her, decent sex, then I initiated a break up and I found TRP. I still do think about her. What's probably in the back of your head, whether you know it or not, is that you've invested so much in your ex. And you enjoyed what you had with that ex. So having to do that all over again for another girl, only to possibly end up in the same situation, is a hard thing to do. It's the idea that your investment could be …

This is not a high value female. It doesn't matter how hot, how smart, if she's lacking in the ability to control herself when she drinks, then she is not a high value female. High value means all around wife material. Also, keep in mind her doing this and then telling you is two things: A giant fucking shit test. You are a beta at this point, and she wants to see how far she can take things. A girl with an alpha wouldn't be fucking other guys, and if she was, she wouldn't be telling him about i…

It's different, this is a community of men, or aspiring red pillers... so while you can talk to your girlfriend however you want, I'd rather not be talked to like that. And we're also having a pretty intellectual conversation. I'm not interested in the baby talk. So in short; context matters. And yes, women are like children. That's entirely true... but they're not children. There's a big difference between acting like something, and being something. So to the extent that they are adults too, th…

First, speak English like an adult. Second, this guy is aware that women like a dominant man. He's merely saying that if the woman is devoid of having an opinion, telling you her sexual fantasies, coming up with ideas for activities, or making an effort in the relationship, then it's time for her to go home to Daddy and not be in a relationship anymore. Relationships are for adults; not children looking for parents.

This. A million times. I went through a relationship like this as well and it's not about her making decisions; I'll do that. It's about her being an actual person with an opinion. Women want to be able to have a say, while it's ultimately the man's job to make the decision. That's it, plain and simple. If you ever find yourself in a relationship that doesn't mirror that exact sentence, you're in for a seriously unenjoyable ride. I've seen wives that have to do all of the decision making because…

I practically spelled out not to be a virgin and be your own person and you're considering this solipsism.

What shit have you seen? I'd love to hear specific stories all about it, Mr. Guru.
/r/TheRedPill18/04/17 04:39 PM

This is a nice little story about what men value about virginity, but it doesn't tell a woman what she will get from remaining chaste or applying a man's rules to her life and choices. What incentives do women have to bend to certain standards (like this cult virginity on reddit?) You missed the point completely. I'm not encouraging virginity at all. There are no incentives for virginity. There is no cult for virginity. Life is not about being a virgin. This post is explaining why myself and man…

I don't even care about the number. And I certainly don't care enough to ask. I play a simple game with simple rules; if she breaks them, it's over, no closure.

If the above post is an invalid argument, argue from a viewpoint that is logical and can't be proven wrong instead of acting like a teenager who didn't get what he wants. Frankly, I don't care if it's woman or man posting here. If it's good content, and challenges me to think through a Red Pill lens, it flies in my book. Go back to grammar school and get your shit together. You seriously sound like an idiot.

Why don't you talk to him about it? Like, a real deep conversation. Kind of about all of what you've said above. A relationship problem should never lay on the shoulders of one partner.

Fair point. Totally agree.

That whole sentence is correct, except for one part. I've fixed it below: Betas who impose on girl time are sissies who do not deserve love of any kind. An alpha will do what he pleases with his time, and a girl will usually be happy to follow. It's been made clear that this "man" was not an alpha, nor a leader of any kind.

Why are you upset? I don't think you're upset. I think you're overthinking things and getting worked up about it. You're trying to rationalize why you are in the right and he is in the wrong. If we're talking Red Pill perspective, your hamster is spinning like crazy, thinking away about what the next move is. And this ordeal was the perfect way for you breakup with the beta, rationalize to yourself that you were in the right, and display yourself as a higher value female in order to possibly att…

Any masculine man or "captain" will be comfortable letting his girl go out and be her own person. There's a catch though. He has his rules, and if she breaks them, then it's over. It's not "whine like a beta", or "make her feel guilty"... it's just over and that's it. Clearly he was whining, which says one thing; you had a beta, not a captain. Regardless, this post didn't give the full picture AT ALL and dramatized it. While I'd like to feel sympathetic, you need to work on your writing skills.

Guy here. Sure, attraction is the first barrier or first thing I look at before approaching a girl... but the reality is, I'm thinking about my future family too. And a woman, no matter how hot, should be capable of being a caring mother and wife. If she's not, then I don't care much for her. It's not "settling", it's choosing who to bang and leave and who to have a relationship with.

That first bit doesn't read like proper English. Second bit makes sense.
/r/TheRedPill07/04/17 05:48 AM

You aren't thinking correctly. They fuck the alpha, tell the beta he's the father, and exploit the beta as a provider.

No. It's pretty simple; the other guy doesn't get the social cues, your girl looks uncomfortable and is freezing up, so you have to intervene. Pinning everything on the woman is infantile.

Those views sound more like common sense, not nonconformity. And I think it's fair to say people agree with you on them. We should be talking about SMV vs. RMV more often. RMV wasn't mentioned in Rollo Tomassi's books at all, if memory serves me well. TRP views started many years ago and have constantly evolved ever since discussions, like these, have taken place. I don't see any reason as to why you can't push the envelope.

I'm definitely in agreement with you here. I'm likely going to go the route of having a traditional Red Pill family, but I want you to consider this: There are about 200,000 men/women involved in TRP and there are 300,000,000 men/women living in the United States. Even if (and this is likely not the case) every single man and woman inside of the TRP subreddit was unplugged, that's still only 0.07% of the United States population that is unplugged. We're not even talking about Canada, Europe, or …

This. It's the act of marriage that puts you in the losing position. Don't get married and don't get her pregnant = maintain control of the relationship and be able to walk away without thinking twice.

To educate in a thorough manner, that's why. I'm not going to ask you to change the oil in my car if I hired you once and you didn't know what the fuck you were doing. In the same sense, the girl isn't going to ask you to come over and fuck her brains out if she had sex with you once and you didn't know what the fuck you were doing. Thoroughness, detail, precision. It matters.

Anyone who criticizes others for trying to learn something new is a lost cause. This Reddit was founded upon an ideal of educating both boys and men alike, no matter their knowledge level or expertise on sex or women. Think about that. And then re-evaluate why you're subscribed to this subreddit; if it's to insult those who wish to educate/learn, leave.
