I just do my job, sometimes making small talk but not so much that it stops my workflow. I keep talking but not facing them, you know? It doesn't mean you don't have manners if you're not constantly facing the person you're speaking to. Sometimes we just need to listen more. I digress, the girls at my work are younger than me. I've no interest, yet. I only speak when spoken to, so I don't want to come off as creepy or like a douche to them, if they misinterpret what I say.
