If your girlfriend is staying at her guy friends' apartments, is it mate guarding to care? How do you mate guard and not come across as beta? Maybe it's already a lost cause but this girl was a total whore and only has guy friends. I am pretty sure her guy friends are pussies but am I just not as alpha as I think I am?

I'd say the best way to deal with a woman's bullshit is to simply state the way it is and don't waste your time justifying your behavior. You can overcome that disagreement or deal with others "hassling" you by maintaining frame and not taking stupid bullshit about shoes seriously.

I think something I took away from trp is that the hamster will come up with reasons to believe what we want to be true and find ways to keep it going.
