The Dunning-Kruger Effect"Yeah, team!" Bullshit. Liberals == Conservatives. Both overwhelming close-minded. The only difference is the spring in the steel trap. Conservatives it comes from fear of the anything outside their sphere of experience; Liberals it comes from being too chicken-shit to deal with the concept of risk/reward. I guess in the end, for hard-liners on either "side", it all boils down to weakness. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/01/14 10:53 PM
If you don't like Skyler White, you're a misogynist. (some sanity to be found in comments)If you think Walt is doing it all for his family....you're not getting the full picture. Not that I like Skyler. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/08/13 10:54 PM
Can women really tell the difference? My observation is that the "status" guys are the ones who get burned most often but it sounds like you have things sort of figured out so hopefully you are an exception. | /r/TheRedPill | 11/08/13 11:47 PM
Can women really tell the difference? On top of this, I've been told by many women working in health care that in thier peer group it is an accepted fact that medical doctors are often terrible to date as they are often delayed in their development as functioning adults due to their having their head crammed in a book during the same years (college / post-college) when everyone else really learns how to be a social adult. Never mind the whole God Complex that often comes along with the job title. And yet I've seen these same "social… | /r/TheRedPill | 11/08/13 04:52 PM
"How do you justify calling women bitches and whores?" Tupac explains the difference between a bitch and a woman to a room full of women. And yet there he is in the video and here we are in this thread, decades later, with nearly all of the energy spent debating word choice and not the core ideas. Outside of a very focused audience (men from neighborhoods similar to his) the message is obscured by emotions. Not terribly adept. | /r/TheRedPill | 31/07/13 02:10 AM
"How do you justify calling women bitches and whores?" Tupac explains the difference between a bitch and a woman to a room full of women. While I don't disagree with the idea behind what he is saying, rhetoric is important and the use of this particular word is, in my opinion, detrimental to communication of the idea. "Cursing" gives the audience an easy out by, for most people, reducing the speaker's credibility. Don't let them off the hook. Hit them with the ideas wrapped in rhetoric that serves your purpose. | /r/TheRedPill | 31/07/13 12:32 AM
I haven't had my own group of "boys" (friend circle of guys that I'm close to, not kids) since early high school...any advice?IMO, rock climbing would be a really great way to solve your problem. My experience has always been that that community is very diverse, well traveled, surprisingly well-educated, and, well, people often are very passionate about climbing. | /r/seduction | 03/09/12 07:21 PM
I haven't had my own group of "boys" (friend circle of guys that I'm close to, not kids) since early high school...any advice?Been there. I'm a bit of a lone wolf and move around/travel a bit to boot. It gets harder and harder to have a "crew" as you get older. My advice to you: get a hobby/passion (or two), seek out other guys who are into the same thing, and then make a conscious effort to reach out to them (text, phone, "What are you up to this weekend?") If you start with a common passion and you don't get all creeper on them, things will probably work themselves out. Motorcycles have worked out well in this regard… | /r/seduction | 03/09/12 07:18 PM

Solo game as a beginner, good idea?Ha. Amen, brother. 36 here. All my friends are either 25 and in a different stage of life (and thus not interested in the same venues) or 40+ with kids (and thus not likely to go out). Where do you live? I'd love to have a 30-something wingman in San Francisco. | /r/seduction | 01/05/12 07:16 PM
Has anyone given up Facebook?Yes. Killed it while traveling abroad, re-instated it due to family requests (How will we know you are alive?), killed it again upon return to States. Can't say I miss it. I miss a few events but I get flaked on much less as the folks with whom I am still in contact are in contact for a reason. Also, no more f-ing drama like "Who is this girl in this picture from 9 months ago when you were in Barcelona?" Somehow I still manage to get into trouble though: "Y, I don't remember her name but what a … | /r/seduction | 22/04/12 06:57 PM
