Sounds like the girlfriend has histrionic personality disorder aka drama queen. That level of manipulation is terrible because they come off as charmers to the public and threatening to their loved ones all in the name of vain glory. As a matter of advice, typically narcissist associate with codependents. Read Human Magnet Syndrome by Ross Rosenberg and you would see those codependent qualities described in your dad. He has a self love deficit. Hope you are able to help him see the light.

I really believe in taking “your daily red pills”. I watch videos like MGTOW Solution on YouTube, I read these subreddits, watch real life couples struggle and burn or become indifferent, and also make sure to stay just close enough to women to engage in conversation but steer clear of an LTR. MGTOW is like chess: you can learn it in a day, but it requires a life of mastery and molding it to fit you best.

I really got into EDM for a few years. I listen to Ilenium which puts out some great tracks. I also go back to classics like early albums of Coldplay and Keane.
