Might I suggest being your own "therapist" by learning different psychological terms and trying to pinpoint what it is you feel. Once you pinpoint it, you can address it mentally. I think of mental health as obesity. If you don't take care of it gets worse. This all a mental game and it's getting a hold of you. Idk if this really helps, but it's a start.
