Well most indian Americans that are born and raised in the US already know this. It's mostly the ones that come from overseas to the US. Even though there is a harsh stereotype about the smell, it is true. Shower, cologne, and deodorant is needed. Plus, avoiding curry smell to getting on your clothes is needed. Lifting and building muscle attracts girls but that's not a reason to do it. Not doing body weight excercises doesn't correlate with lifting weights. You can get big even you do not do body weight exercises but I do agree that adding body weight movement helps, but won't stop you from get big without them. Plus you can hit your stabilizer muscles with exercise bands, light weights, or pullies.

Lifting makes you better looking and increases your self esteem and confidence.
