Intent is first contact. She intended to hit him 3 times before he retaliated physically. He dodged, aka self defense, so that he wasn't hit.

Great no one is disagreeing with you on any of that. We agree. This is about two people banging it out while both drunk, then one having regrets later and calling it rape. It's not rape.

This topic is specifically about girls who give consent then regret it later and claim rape. This is something that actually happens. If two people are both drunk and fuck, no one was raped. If you're trying to state that women should be considered raped in that scenario then you are claiming they are mentally lesser than men and aren't responsible for their actions. That is not equality. If you get plastered drunk, drive a car and kill someone, you will be held responsible regardless of your ge…

That's fair. My bad.

A BLM member said this recently. "There's nothing wrong with putting one's race first." And I agree. The same can be applied to sex. We advocate for our own issues and everyone will get their needs, if everyone else looks at it this way. It's not a competition.

Why did you have to get offended that he mentioned the girl was black but also not get upset that he was called white?

They all get offended as fuck when I say we should just identify as a equalists. "FEMINISM IS ABOUT EQUALITY!" Yes, it might be, but it's not a good term and women have many rights over men.

Are facts that offensive? You skipped right past logical argument and went full insult slurring. Nice.

B-but the rape culture! These fuckwits who think the reverse is the problem are just brainwashed or liars. We don't live under Islam, that's a goddamn rape culture. Women can wield their vaginas to destroy lives. It's fucking sickening.
