Do you have a source for this? I know that: Everyone has bias. In certain industries, it is very very difficult for women to break through.

I can tell you there's a perception gap. (Generalizing here but) Women tend to be more timid both I'm negotiation as well as their perception of their abilities. Men, on the other hand, tend to over estimate their abilities and negotiate harder. Then there are also "in-group" cognitive patterns where ... sometimes men prefer to hire and work with men ... and vice versa for women. So while women's rights have significantly improved and they are defi ately making more $$.... the factors mentioned …

I'd say that your comment about "women" and what they are able or unable to do is just as faulty as this "documentary" you highlighted. We need to have a much more nuanced discussion. Making generalized statements is unproductive and inaccurate.
