Bro. you're only hurting yourself thinking in this manner. I say start going out even if you have to go solo but go out. the sooner you start your journey sooner youll get to your destination, whatever that maybe for you. Bro, dont be so hard on yourself. Let the past go and continue improving yourself as much as possible. We all here have had self esteem issues every once in a while. If you feel you're not making progress, try talking to a therapist, I have had some success with that cuz i kept hitting a wall after my breakup and all of self improvement seemed not to work. We are all here to help each other, keep posting and keep improving. Wish you all the best.

Read the mystery method. Apply 3 second rule and open and take deep breaths man..it'll help. And if that doesn't work read the power of now that should curb the obsessive overthinking. I'm not a pua. But I can relate these have helped me so far models is on my to read list. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advise guys. I have a couple of questions. 1-How important are your logistics when you start practicing pickup..? I live about 30 miles away from any nice bars or clubs, that seems to put me on edge every time i go out. 2-I work in an office building that is mainly a sausage fest but a few women here and we make small talk every now and then but usually i feel awkward when i leave the conversation with them...any suggestions on just socializing at work..?
