I was going to post this, but I suppose Blemish's article would be more relevant [CBC!] http://www.cbc.ca/thecurrent/episode/2013/02/20/should-alleged-rapists-get-anonymity-until-convicted/

No prob. The more we talk about this stuff, the more solid the MRM becomes. Greece has been in a recession/depression for the last 5+ years, as a result, some guys get restless. -Anon hits Greek banks -Riots -More riots -You get the idea It's mostly due to the fact that what little (like next to nothing) help the country is getting is being given completely to the banks and corporations (what's left of them anyway). As a result most have stopped trying to blame/shut down their government and hav…

I'll concede that. Between Japan & Greece, you have 2 very possible extremes for young males between 20-40 in the West.

It's not the pressure from females, its the pressure from the economy. Japan does not work the same way the West does.

That logic doesn't apply to Japan. They never tore their society apart. They certainly wouldn't do it to 'free women'. A few articles of men's non-traditional attitudes in Japan. -Japanese guys taking on alternative sex -Japan's stay-at-home dad -Suicide in Japan -Excess of male virgins

I have to slightly disagree with you friend. The reality of this article hardly parallels any situation in the West. In the West, nations worry that their men are becoming too effeminate (and in some cases homosexual and/or coming out of the closest) and struggle with that change in lifestyle; the new realities of it's people, because these are ideas that have been so suppressed for so long. And if one, say a country like the U.S., cannot put those boundaries up, then forces like feminism can't …

I think I need to speak up here. I think this subreddit has some good ideas at times, but this article may not apply. Japan's population & economy remain stagnant because the elders spent the last few decades working instead of having kids. So, as a country, they have a real dilemma. They can continue to live with decreased birth rates, and be burdened with an economy that's essentially on life-support; in a time of economic crisis no less. Or they can have a broad discussion (albeit blunt-"hey …

Get a fleshlight, or a new girlfriend. Divorce might be a better long term option, but definitely start locking down all possible assets. If she's pulling threats like this now, then you want the ability to walk away if needed.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
