Male disposability is a real phenomena in some contexts, and it is entirely born out of patriarchal systems. Patriarchal systems desire to GENERALLY place men over women, but there are some contexts where "weaker" men are used as fodder for the bolstering of "dominant" men. Also, the issue isn't that she got a "get out of jail free" card, the issue is that western societies, particularly the US, are far too eager to imprison people.
