it's just a metaphor for "waking up to the true reality" (and aside from what this sub is talking about -- manipulating girls -- is used in all kinds of other contexts as well: "redpill me on [...]") aside from that TRP worldview has nothing to do with the matrix film.

If you've ever had girlfriends, you know that most women require a lot of emotional labor from their SO. Bisexual women who've had long term relationships with both men and women usually confirm this.

what you're talking about is prostitution. that's not a relationship.

there's no good woman, no matter her lifestyle preferences, that has a problem with first date going for coffee.

Another one, that several other users have mentioned: single moms are more likely than married moms to have shared custody.

that was fake news. and it was embarrassing fake news, the author based an entire book on a silly misunderstanding of government statistics.

That's one possible factor. Would be interesting to see how much time the husbands are spending on housework and childcare. I'm guessing ~70% and ~40% respectively, in which case the combined time a married couple spend on those is far more than what a single mom does by herself. How could this be? Possible factors: their homes are larger, and they're more likely to live in houses (which require far more work) rather than in apartments or in rooms (e.g. with their parents). they have higher expe…

often doesn’t become apparent he doesn’t want to be a dad till later. often they know. if he didn’t wanna be a dad with this woman he shouldn’t have ejaculated inside her. That's what the pro-lifers have been saying all along -- If you don't want to get pregnant, don't have unprotected sex.

Life expectancy was so low because there were many ways to die young. Once someone survived past age 25, they had a good chance of making it to 55.

Young women in their prime are not waiting around to marry middle aged men, this is part of the lament with these guys. That seems like a misreading. The people lamenting the state of affairs are average young men, and they lament that women fuck around with the top 10% men until they hit the wall and eventually "settle" (resentfully and unhappily). In 10-15 years, when these average young men will be 35, they'll still not hook up with hot 20 year olds, but they also won't want to commit to the …

Aren't MGTOW just men who aren't interested in women? Why even care about what they think about the wall? Let them ride their off-road bikes or whatever they like to do instead of dating.

Not so nowadays, but historically common. "Christmas cakes" (クリスマスケーキ), no good after the 25th. Or France. In Russia you were even considered an old spinster if you're not married by 20! Sheng Nu aka "Leftover women" unmarried in their late 20s, is still a current thing in China.

don't even have to go to such extremes, the relationship advice subreddits (including AITA) are hilariously biased - the same post with genders switched gets a completely different response. most women's subreddits, including twoxc, trollxc, askwomen, or the witch subreddits have lots of resentment, sexist generalizations, paranoia, conspiracy theories.

the vast majority of single moms did not choose to be single moms they chose to have a baby from a guy who didn't want to be a dad with them.
