I'm not going to argue about this, but I want to add just a few things: I'm not talking exclusively about his/their business income (I say "his/their" because it's not clear if she was involved). I'm talking about house(s), car(s), furniture, clothing, joint savings accounts, investments, etc. She's entitled to a share of value of all of those types of things, if they were purchased/invested into/etc. after becoming married.
