would 100% lock down a hot woman who wanted them even if she had touched more penises than they were personally comfortable with. That's what you did, huh?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 07:05 PM

Sex drive, orientation, fantasy life, kink interests all show broad variability within each sex Enormous commonalities between the sexes as well, and the examples you listed are generally anomalous when compared to "typical" behavior. The variability in strength among men and women doesn't mean that men aren't stronger than women on average. And no, a female bodybuilder doesn't suddenly shatter these general trends.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 06:56 PM

I'm comfortable having my own theories about how nature and society drive human behaviors. If these hypotheses make you bothered or if you disagree, that's fine, but it's hardly pseudoscientific to believe that the mind is an aspect of human physiology affected by evolution.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 06:27 PM

It's wishful thinking to think that we aren't beholden to innate behaviors derived from evolution, like every other complex vertebrate.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 05:31 PM

"Respect" is multifaceted. Why do you think I qualified that post with "all else being equal"?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 04:45 PM

"why do you even care? Why do you waste calories on something that doesn't concern you and have no impact on your life and society?" Ask yourself this before whining about "pill men."
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 04:41 PM

All else being equal, things that are difficult to achieve are generally more respected than things that come effortlessly. It's that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 04:35 PM

My body my choice 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 04:19 PM

Only speaking for myself, but I wish no ill-will on the women I've hooked up with, I just wouldn't want to marry a person like that. If a person not wanting to marry you feels like a personal attack, then you may have more in common with incels then you realize.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 04:06 PM

"Violence is the supreme authority from which all other authorities are derived"
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:50 PM

Which biological differences make it okay for men to judge women but not themselves? Women don't have to worry about paternity fraud, which is the main driving force behind the aversion to promiscuous women. I'm not justifying the condemnation, just the preference. People aren't slaves to biology when it comes to behavior. Part of being human is being able to recognize and ignore biological urges. If we can indict men for doing what's in their nature, then we ought to do the same for women, but …
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:46 PM

Our sexual behaviors are a result of our biology, specifically our sexual morphology, which developed through millions of years of evolution. If I have to explain how men and women differ biologically, this conversation may be over your head. If men and women had the exact same sexual behaviors and preferences, then you might have a point about men being hypocrites.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:41 PM

different in a way that's meaningful given the context It IS meaningful, given that the context is mate selection and sexual competition, and men and women have sexualities that are fundamentally distinct from each other. These differences exist on an innate physiological level.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:36 PM

You're immature if you don't wife up the reformed whore The shaming tactics aren't as effective as you think. they have one too Men and women are different.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:34 PM

Men like sluts. They just don't want to marry them. It's actually so simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:27 PM

The rhetoric is so illuminating. if you won't date or marry promiscuous women then you HATE us They're terrified that their past actions could compromise their dual mating strategy, and so they try to use shame to get men to acquiesce.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:25 PM

Like have you ever looked at who high profile porn stars end up with? Most end up in very brief and dysfunctional relationships with people who are just as fucked up as they are, based on what I've observed.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:22 PM

It's a revenge fantasy because these slutty women often end up settling for less attractive men that they quietly resent. Hence, the whole AF/BB trope.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:21 PM

Why are men so against women beings "sluts" when men themselfs are ones? Men and women are different. This conversation is so full of hypocrisy and confusion Men and women are different. It reminds me plenty of of reddit stories of men wanting open relationships with their wifes only to regret it later when the women herself enjoys it. I'm not sure how Reddit's cuckoldry fan fiction is relevant to this topic.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 03:19 PM

Speak for yourself, buddy. Not everyone else wants to marry the town bicycle.

The enormous wall of text coming from the same dude who said Whining online about what other people say in anonymous discussion boards is stupid and a pointless waste of time. Can't make this shit up.

To counteract prevailing manosphere narratives that are damaging to men (and encourage him to be antisocial/angry), and to counteract prevailing bluepill narratives How do you reconcile this with Whining online about what other people say in anonymous discussion boards is stupid and a pointless waste of time. I've noticed that feigning apathy about the discussion at hand is a common tactic when you start flailing in your rhetoric. Notice that it would be really easy to write off anything you hav…

By women. If you don’t want to hear what women think, stick to hanging out with your bros. Would it be fair to give this advice to women whining about Andrew Tate and the manosphere? Well…yeah. There’s a lot of stuff whose appropriateness is context-dependent. Is it also a mystery why passing out bibles might not go over well in a pro-choice rally? Feminist preferences are generally more widely accepted in a greater range of contexts. get grosser about it faster. Purely subjective, and will also…

Whining online about what other people say in anonymous discussion boards is stupid and a pointless waste of time. What sub do you think this? Why are you even here? If a guy wants a non-promiscuous woman, then go date in non-promiscuous spaces. They're rare, but there are plenty of virgin woman in their 20s still who are specifically waiting for a husband. But my point still stands. Men constantly get push back for being adverse to promiscuous women, especially in spaces like Reddit that lean m…

18

I don't think people, women, or society push back on men "wanting non-promiscuous women." Why don't you make some posts about male views of promiscuity on some of the socially progressive and female-centric subs and put that theory to the test?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 01:59 PM
6

men are indignant about women's standards too! Obviously, but the OP is making the point that men's preferences are now considered more shameful, and it's frowned upon to express those preferences outside of particular male-specific spaces. In environments that are more gender-neutral, or without a specific ideological label, expressing ordinary male preferences is dismissed as incel whining, while expressing ordinary female preferences generally isn't met with the same outrage or indignation. O…

My point is that it’s exceedingly stupid and naive to be offended that someone might be more critical of the preferences of the sex they’re trying to attract than those of their own. I think people are allowed to be frustrated by the double standard. Does it offend you that as a man I’m confident in my preference for skinny girls with large natural breasts but am disheartened by the fact that women don’t seem to like shorter guys? Obviously it's not offensive. What's offensive is the assertion t…

Do you believe that it's gross for men or women to prefer not having sex with certain individuals?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 01:12 PM

Yes, now you're starting to see what the OP is getting at.

Care to explain how either of those preferences are indicative of an "evil" ideology?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 12:47 PM

Who considers men’s preferences evil? Progressive feminist women and their male sycophants, usually. Particularly with regards to body count and weight. Who consider women’s preference “morality”? Many of these same individuals view female preferences as benign or justified in comparison. Are these views held with enough of a consensus for it to be worth a shit You could make that argument about literally any post on this sub. But I think people in this sub often try to obfuscate the discussion …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 12:45 PM
7

Yes, but let's not pretend you don't often see a general consensus among the BPers and RPers of this sub, and the vast majority of women lean towards the BP. It's denying the 80/20 principle as incel propoganda while also gleefully claiming "most men are ugly" if "incel" men need to be reminded why they aren't having as much sex as their more attractive peers.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 12:33 PM
14

The majority (of men their age) aren't seen as attractive. The women of this sub can't even decide if they want to admit this or deny it. I guess it depends on the argument they're trying to win.

men should ask themselves if they even want these women they tell themselves they do because they think it's better than being alone, because they lack experience If the relevance was immediately lost on you, within the span of 3 replies, I think you're just itching to argue with somebody.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 05:09 PM
6

What are you even trying to say at this point lol No need to be so smug and adversarial. I was just explaining my point in response to your original rhetorical question. Not every reply is a disagreement or argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 05:05 PM
7

I'm not sure what you're not understanding here. I was just explaining to the perplexed masses why some men desire seemingly undesirable partners. do you want the type of woman who enjoys a narcissist asshole? The people who think they want these women presume that it can't be worse than a lifetime of loneliness and lack faith in their ability to attract anyone better.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 04:33 PM
8

These people are romantically inexperienced, so they can't understand that a poor partner can be so much worse for you than crippling loneliness.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 04:27 PM

Which is ridiculous, given that married men generally are doing better than single men, when you look at any meaningful statistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 03:51 PM

The people who will take this advice would rather have a non-ideal partner than have none at all. That's the logic behind all of the "why would you even WANT to date these people" posts.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 03:41 PM

You're not wrong, but there's probably less than a dozen people who would benefit from this advice. -autistic but not TOO autistic -conventionally attractive -socially acceptable niche interests

I’d believe boys night isn’t in these places because guys generally don’t go to clubs just to dance with eachother the way women do Because straight men aren't feeding off the attention of others when they're dancing and grinding with their same sex friends in the club. I’ve not met many men who go to the club without it being in hopes of getting laid I've literally never met a man who went clubbing with totally innocent, asexual expectations. I mean, it's the reason many clubs will waive cover …

It is just replacing you with another guy who she has to fend off but sometimes not before getting a drink or an innocent dance out of him. This is the exact weaponized plausible deniability that OP described. They get to enjoy the attention of men, despite being in a relationship, just as long as they brush them off after a few minutes of chat or a dance.

do you think women who want marriage should avoid men with lots of unmarried friends If that's what they want to do, I think that's reasonable. But I feel men are generally less sensitive to the idea of being "controlled" by certain relationship boundaries, which will vary from couple to couple. Women with lots of single friends are the most sensitive to this in my experience. And no, I'm not telling men to seek out women who will tolerate unhealthy and controlling behavior, just offering advice…

Obviously, it's important to be in the company of boozed-up strange men when you want to just dance with the girls.

Sure, but going to work to feed yourself and keep a roof over your head is a necessity that going to the club with the girls isn't.

I'm bothered by the "control" discourse I know instead of just breaking up, That's what I'm advocating for, short of not dating these sorts of women to begin with. Controlling a woman is a ridiculous waste of time, which means you're better off partnering with someone who shares the same boundaries as you. From a purely pragmatic perspective, based on my own experience and the experience of other men, a woman with many happily single friends isn't going to tolerate any sort of boundaries being i…

If those girls in that group have flippant or adversarial attitudes towards relationships with men, then yes, I think there's a good chance.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:58 PM

You don't try to control them, you just don't bother to begin with. Same as dating any other person who has behavior that doesn't align with your own values and boundaries.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:53 PM
10

Jesus Christ. I'm not telling women to end their friendships when they enter a relationship. I'm telling men not to enter into relationships with women who have many single friends, especially if they're the sort of friends who turn their noses up at commited hetero relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:51 PM
3

answer the question I did. You observe how she interacts with this hypothetical friend and how they talk about serious relationships. If it's "men ain't shit" type rhetoric (which is very common between scorned women comforting each other), you're better off ending the relationship, IMO. Otherwise, you just have to decide on the amount of trust you have in this person, and whether or not it's worth continuing the relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:49 PM
4

So a night club is no different Unless you're living under a rock you'd understand that night clubs are generally understood to be a place that people enter to seek out attention from the opposite sex. its just a dark room with shitty liquor and louder music Which is conducive to the environment I described. Dim the lights and feed people a liquid that suppresses inhibition. It's fundamentally different from the other places you described.

when her friends become single From my experience, if her friends value stable and monogamous relationships, it's usually not long before they end up back in one. If they don't, then you have to observe how your partner interacts with these friends. Then you have a decision to make.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:34 PM

Nearly every man I know has at least one "she cheated on girls' night/trip" story.

By discerning the general relationship values of the social circles that your romantic prospect runs in, usually by observing their behavior. Even if she's not a "party girl," you don't want to date the girl who is friends with the "party girls" if you're interested in a serious long-term relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:23 PM
4

What a coincidence that all the quintessential "girls night" venues are places that are widely known for courtship or sniffing out casual sex. It's for our single friends! That's why you're better off not bothering with a woman with a bunch of single friends. that's insecure! No, I'm just a realist who believes it's better to avoid temptation than to pat yourself on the back for resisting it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:20 PM
3

No. I think men are just setting themselves up for failure when they date a woman with many single friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:18 PM

Your girlfriend’s not single, but her friends probably are. That just means the relationship is doomed to fail already.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 04:09 PM

Speak for yourself. You can "self-improve" your way into being a generally more desirable person. All else being equal, the in-shape guy with lots of hobbies, well practiced conversational/flirting skills, and a diverse social circle will do better than the same guy without these things.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 01:50 PM

Women are generally more in-tune with social minutiae and cues when compared to men. If a woman is doing this while insisting it's totally innocent, there's a good chance she's knows better and is just playing you for a sucker.

There's nothing mystifying about beauty. Barring some niche beauty trends, almost everything that we consider attractive is some kind of indicator of sexual fitness.

Female sexual preferences obviously aren't perfectly constant across every individual, but these preferences are FAR less varied than the sexual preferences of men. This is exactly why the blackpill developed.

I've literally never seen a non-religious woman indict an attractive man who has lots of sexual partners.

Women may be inherently better at some things. I'm comfortable admitting this as long as we can acknowledge that men are as well.

Tell him, "I'm not as sexually attracted to you as the guys I used to let smash and dash, but I like other things about you!" And that's exactly why they gaslight us about us. It takes away the sweet, asexual safety net. Most men are gonna immediately opt out of that raw deal, and there's not enough hunks to go around.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/25 05:18 PM

See what kind of men, women are obsessing about and gossiping with their girlfriends. Made a post about this a while back. If you want to see what women's actual preferences are, untainted by the need to seem socially respectable, put them into a group of their peers, give them some booze, and then close the doors and listen.

How so? You might be too soft for the internet.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:05 PM

Then he tells you that some women are for immediate love and relationships, and some are just for birthing your children. Yup. Before the internet, it was taboo to be a male and discuss frustrations with your romantic failures. It was seen as embarrassing and emasculating. The semi-anonymous and collaborative nature of the internet has made men more acutely aware about behaviors that are common among women, and the rationale behind these behaviors.

The internet enabled people to see what the "others" are saying about you behind closed doors. Big part of the reason things seem more divided now. I also think the internet did away with the pretense of social respectability because people feel comfortable being truly honest in a semi-anonymous setting surrounded by people who hold similar views.

The majority agrees with me. Lol you don't 'prove' this with a Websters definition. I hope you realize that. The burden of proof is realistically on you. You're the one making positive claims about the "consensus" regarding perceptions of feminism. So no, you got to put up some kind of data.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 11:07 AM

A definition isn't a "general consensus." You'll have to do better.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 11:00 AM

Because the general consensus about feminism is not that it's a hateful or transgressive ideology lol I'm going to take a page out of the bluepillers handbook and demand a "source" for this positive claim now

Until we extend the same level of grace and understanding to every other person that does something hateful or transgressive because of ideology, I'm comfortable attributing certain attitudes and actions towards a given belief, including feminism. It's just another double standard feminism tries to prop up.

Thanks for the history lesson. Obviously systemic discrimination exists, but progressives and their feminist allies often point to it as the only possible explanation for why one group is outperforming another, especially if the underperforming group falls under the umbrella of an "aggreived demographic." Progressives, which also encompasses feminists, believe that all human beings are imbued with the exact same potential for success the second they're conceived, and any differences in performance between two groups MUST be a result of deliberate institutional discrimination or prejudice.

Some of the most masculine men of American culture have been raised by single mothers Because they lacked a good male role model so they overcompensate to a ridiculous extent, often taking up a cartoonish and shallow notion of masculinity.

Feminists claim that feminism is also for men when they're trying to trick them into supporting it, but then scold the men who feel like there lives aren't being improved by feminism because "it's not for men".
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/25 07:51 PM

Feminism denies innate biological realities when inconvenient, which makes it impossible to take seriously. Only in feminist bizzaro world is it controversial to say that men are generally stronger and faster than women.

Your smug condescension is kind of my point. Feminism enabled women to be much more vocal about their preferences, and women used the opportunity to be cruel under the guise of honesty and empowerment. Your feelings were hurt so you had to take a shot at short men in the hope that I'm also short and it would hurt me too. (Even threw a pithy lol in for good measure) But because you couched it as a simple preference, it doesn't seem as needlessly cruel to imply that no woman desires short men. You…

Ask yourself if political movements have either deliberate or inadvertent social consequences and ripple effects. Then ask yourself if it's moronic to demand "proof" for an alleged feminist position. Or maybe ask ChatGPT.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/25 06:20 PM

What are the goals and positions of said political movement? Where's the "proof" that these are the "official" positions of feminism?

Short of every feminist group on the planet emphatically stating "we believe this," what "proof" would be enough for you to accept that something is a feminist position? Or do we just say that it's a totally nebulous ideology that doesn't exist beyond vaguely advocating for the interests of women? This whole thread is just No True Scotsman sophistry.

Perhaps women don't have the "dishwasher" gene, but perhaps they're more risk-adverse (this is verified) which makes them more predisposed to "safe" and less risky domestic work. This also tracks with current day workplace mortality and injury rates. You may feel frustrated by gender roles, just like many men do, but until we can completely divorce our minds from our biology, I don't think they will ever truly go away.

The thing is, there are very different groups of women out there Of course, but I'll still insist that the preferences of these groups are far less varied than women think they are, and both statistics and lived experiences back this up.

Partially agree. Women are more consensus-driven and fear mean-girl style exclusion, but I think that most women, especially the ones of this sub, would say that being on the receiving end of male violence is worse than expulsion from your female clique. It's not just the violence, though. I think women just generally try to be more sensitive to insecurities held by both men and themselves. This is an enormous factor too. A lot of men are too socially retarded to understand the difference between "don't ask out women in public" and "don't be aggressive and lecherous towards a woman who can't remove herself from the situation." Fear of rejection plays a big part as well, and both male and female egos are bigger than they've ever been before.

Sure outliers exist, but unless she's forced into it, women aren't getting together with men they feel "lukewarm" about. They 100% ARE doing this, especially later in life. That's why many women choose to be single Because the sexual revolution of the 60s enables them to seek out sexual experiences without being in a relationship. Only a small number of men have the options and desirability to make this arrangement viable.

I’m sometimes surprised guys are jarred by any closing of the gap since they’re used to interacting the way they do. This is a good point too. Men expect "brutal honesty" from other men, but expect more gentleness from women. The feminist movement has allowed women to become less reserved in their speech and emotions, and it's jarring to many men, especially when it's odds with the "women are more kind and sweet" rhetoric they've been fed from a young age.

I'm not offended by them expressing preferences and speaking plainly. I'm just frustrated by the dishonesty and constantly conflicting speech, between what women tell men and what women tell each other.

Online spaces with millions of users aren't "deep rabbit holes". Social media has become a mainstream space, and online discussion boards and chat rooms aren't limited to poorly adjusted shut-ins anymore.

You did not learn this from real life, seeing which kinds of men in high school got the pretty, popular girls? That's exactly what I did. I have literally never needed to go into a men’s spaces to know what men find attractive, Men aren't as duplicitous about what they're attracted to. Not like women are. And again, why would I tell a man that he is too short or ugly for me to date him, right in that moment? He is not entitled to the reason why I will not date him. It is also bad manners. It als…

Is the girl talk BS, or is what they tell men BS? Because most men seem to believe it's the latter. Women don't live in fear of other women like they do men, so they don't have to be as accommodating and misleading with their speech.

This rhetoric isn't limited to TikTok and Instagram. I've noticed the same discussions play out irl. The internet just allowed other men without access to female social groups to hear these things as well.

It's disingenuous to say that it's insincere rhetoric to bait people into a reaction.

"Incel" opinions are typically limited to a handful of poorly adjusted and socialized men, and they can often be identified by their appearance and behavior from a mile away. Whereas the opinions I described in the OP are far more common and universal than what you may think. Once you’ve found it and interacted with it, the algorithm will feed you more and more of it. But that doesn’t mean it’s the norm. Sure, but this experience hasn't been limited to online spaces. I've noticed similar convers…

Why do you want to go to female spaces? To hear women speak plainly and honestly. Since they don't seem to do that when in mixed sex company. Why do you think so many men report an enormous gulf between what women say they want and what they actually do, in terms of dating? And furthermore, why are you expecting that women be mean about men, to men, in public? I'm not asking them to be mean. I would just prefer that they're honest and consistent.

Calling something ragebait is dismissive. Nobody calls it "rage bait" when some Andrew Tate dickrider talks about how all women are whores. In fact, the opposite happens, and people go into hysterics about how we need to combat the online radicalization of men.

Listen to what women say when they're feeling safe in their female spaces. They'll clearly tell you that most women find the average man sexually undesirable. Whereas male sexual attraction is far more broad and encompassing.
