0	At 23, I've just been handed my first breakup. I fucked up alot and I'm still in the shock stage. Can you guys recommend some things to me? I don't think anyone handles their first breakup well, so don't get down on yourself for being an obsessed loser or anything like that. I was a mess for about a year after my first breakup, and even after that running into her would always stir up those feelings. 2	Every "nice guy" or guy who exhibits "nice" tendencies should read this. It's a great explanation as to why "nice" doesn't work on it's own and how to balance it with attractive actions. "Nice guy" is such a terrible phrase to describe guys who are so needy that they can't be themselves around a girl for fear of saying the wrong thing.
