The only reason introverts feel drained in social situations is because they are constantly thinking about the next thing to say and they are worried about other people opinions. Personally if I were to act that way in social situations I'd feel pretty drained myself. Once you get out of your own head and just act rather than analyze every little situation you'll learn to enjoy being social.

You need to relax and stop focusing so much on the outcome of the situation. If a girl doesn't seem interested just ignore it and pretend that you've already won her over if you are able to put yourself in that mindset then you'll be much more confident when you are talking to her.
