Women can become interesting in roughly the same way men can, by having interesting and challenging experiences. Unfortunately young and pretty women tend to shy away from most challenging/interesting endeavors. In my experience women with something interesting to contribute to a conversation tend to be at least a decade or 2 past the wall.
