Some ThoughtsThe way to attract women is to be a man that is attractive. Be in shape, capable of intellectual discussion, hold a job, be a loyal slave. You can do this ladder thing iif you want, seems like a waste of valuable masculine time to me | /r/askTRP | 18/12/15 05:44 PM
Gaining healthy weightIt's true that the dual 36-inch monitors I have hanging from my ceiling above my desk to use 2 computers at once, or simply run one device in split projection mode has a negative affect on my sleep routine. And when I lay down, I start running through various coding algorithms, translations of words into Spanish or Arabic, or my life all at once. Hey, hola, marhaba, If then wait then if, I'll never succeed, etc. The setup is ridiculously cool. It's affects on my cyrcadian rythm are benal. | /r/askTRP | 18/12/15 05:41 PM
Gaining healthy weightI used to be 139. I'm just not seeing gains as quickly as I had expected. At 18 I was benching 245 at 160 lbs, but a rough detour into drugs and alcohol derailed all that progress | /r/askTRP | 18/12/15 04:07 PM
Gaining healthy weightThat sounds like a solid and foolproof plan. And, to be honest I would be fine with my body type if i could simply gain more definition in my arms and legs. It would be literal muscle fibers popping outta the skin, but I guess I always wanted to be a guy that benched 335. Thanks for your consideration | /r/askTRP | 18/12/15 04:04 PM
Gaining healthy weightso higher caloric intake != mass gains when weightlifting? Is it that my intestines and liver would use so much water digesting the food that less energy would be used to rebuild muscle? oh, i didn't see your edit. I thought that you guys would have the straight up truth for this question since rule 1 has always been to lift | /r/askTRP | 18/12/15 03:56 PM
Gaining healthy weightThat's what I thought as well, but a trainer said that it would help me gain weight. It sounded rough on the kidneys tho... and to the guy above, tongue in cheek dude... | /r/askTRP | 18/12/15 03:49 PM
Gaining healthy weightI forgot to mention that I drink 200 oz of water a day, get 225g protein, and 250% my allotment of fiber. Im this close to succumbing to my metabolism, after all, being skinny would help me fit in once I graduate school as a computer engineer, and who is to say I am any better than the sedentary nerds? | /r/askTRP | 18/12/15 03:19 PM
