I noticed a lot of people who actively hate on fat people are actually physically turned on by them and hate this because they perceive fat people as less valuable and lower status, so they end up filled with shame and self loathing and then take it out on anyone fat.

I know too many women who started out in the SAHM situation with a wealthy guy who then get dumped and forced to be a working single mom once they age a little or their kids take it out of her. Most of their exes avoid all manner of child support, etc, and the gap in their resume usually means the woman has to take degrading low wage jobs and live in poverty. That’s a raw ass deal.

The way you talk about men is extremely awful and I feel sorry for women for having to deal with this kind of behavior. It’s like those pet owners who abandon their senior dog at the pound and replace it with a puppy. We are talking about living creatures, and in the case of human relationships, there’s often children and households to manage. Your priorities will generally change as you age. I would rather throw myself down the stairs than go to a bar or club at this point in my life. If my par…

That’s what you hear. But what I mean is that if you don’t have experience to see the signs or have any trauma or codependent tendencies, then you’re much more likely to be exploited. Doesn’t make you stupid or intellectually disabled. But I would argue that it is the older person’s responsibility not to be a raging abusive shitbag who exploits young women and if you’ve got a big age gap, there’s simply no way for you to make everyone ok with that. You either gotta live with that or avoid dating…

The most important thing about good sex is the desire to please one’s partner. A lot of women have been conditioned by porn and society to please their partner, but there’s only so many uncomfortable sex experiences without any meaningful behavior on her partner’s part to improve or change techniques she can have before she starts seeing it as a duty or aversion. Most guys think that if they come that everyone is satisfied. Most guys don’t have any idea that when a woman actually comes, her vagi…

My dad is ten years older than my mom. But they met at work and my mom is extremely smart about finances, drives a hard bargain, and is generally the one who runs things. My dad is probably high functioning autistic, but he is great at engineering and mechanical prowess. They didn’t start dating because of the age gap, in fact my mother had braces and stuff when they met. But they had a lot of hobbies in common. It’s one thing to constantly seek out people younger than you, but it’s another if y…

I might have some disagreements with some of your points: one dude being worth less than another dude: ok what does this actually mean? One “high value” guy can have lots of sex, even a prodigious amount of sex, but something that appears to be missing from every single point someone makes about this is that having sex doesn’t mean he has a harem of women who are completely off limits. Vaginas are not one-use orifices. dating and finding sex partners can suck. There’s a chance you will be reject…

Haha, I don’t have time to care about everyone else’s problems or business or their thought crimes or whatever. But people who act shitty in one aspect of their lives rarely keep it isolated to one thing. The same dudes who do predatory relationship bullshit are often the kind of guys who ask me to borrow money and never give it back.

Finding someone attractive doesn’t mean you have to pursue them. You can think someone is cute and control yourself if it’s obvious you have nothing in common and they’re in a completely different place than you are. My argument is that men are free to find people way younger than them attractive. And even date or have sex with them. But you cannot control what other people think about that, especially if your behavior appears predatory in other ways and the constant validation that a lot of dud…

The answer is that the dating pool is smaller when you age because men die on average a lot earlier than women for various reasons. And the ones available are more likely to be from failed relationships or who are predatory and don’t settle down because their gfs/bfs age out of their preferred age.

I think it’s creepy if anyone is exclusively dating/pursuing people that are significantly younger than they are. It’s a pattern of behavior that is similar to people who predate on young people coming out of HS. So while it isn’t a red flag in and of itself, it’s a datapoint that, if it is coupled with other behaviors known to be predatory (financial abuse, “trading up” every year for a younger person, etc), it shows a pretty damning picture of that person. This applies to gay, straight, male, …

I have never implied that women are “more noble.” They’re people, just like us. Treating people like disposable sex toys is gross and doesn’t fall under safe, sane, and consensual. Being mad when people won’t fuck you but also hating on people who fuck is pathetic and disrespectful. It’s just a fact.

I was referring to the 30-something guys who troll around high schools looking for barely legal girls but if you wanna project my meaning I suppose you can. Human worth is more complex than anyone can dictate, and a lot of that is based on how you allow people to treat you. Your replies are both disrespectful and irritating, which goes to show how poorly you have done on developing the skills to encounter any meaningful prospects. But sure, if you want to yell sour grapes and laugh at the “crone…

I might add, it’s the “niceguy” who thinks he is being nice but is using niceness to get close to his crush under the guise of a covert contract and expects her to do all the work of initiating everything.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/22 03:46 AM

You were engaging in a covert contract. You were expecting the action of being a friend to lead to sex. It didn’t and you got mad about it. Imagine if you were saying this about a same sex friend. It’s a lot easier to see why covert contracts are shitty as fuck. Besides, do you honestly think that the girls you were talking to didn’t completely see through it? You seemed to see through the girls that were into you but you didn’t like. I bet you weren’t nearly as good at hiding it as you thought.

Women tend to like satisfying sex in a relationship. But if they’re not enjoying themselves, it’s certainly not going to get more frequent.

The example OP provided is a guy acting like a misogynistic jerk. A lot of people can smell that a long ways away which is precisely why guys like that target really young women who have no relationship experience and often come from abusive backgrounds already.

I think people who say this kind of thing tend to be the sort who see other humans as commodities to use instead of individuals that might want to share an activity. If you view potential sex partners as essentially sex toys who are there to use, it makes sense why someone would think that they don’t want a “used” one but want it to satisfy. They also tend to want a sex providing maid for their relationship but they will generally find themselves unsatisfied because humans aren’t sex toys and se…

I mean, to be fair, women who tend to pursue men tend to be valued less by said men. Unless he fucks her well and wants the same relationship style, she is risking lackluster sex and a guy who wont share the mental load in a relationship who won’t even give her the novelty and excitement of the initial chase.

Tbh, our jails/prisons allow for slavery conditions of the prisoners in most states. Most “made in USA” products are made by prison labor, many of which are not paid or paid hourly wages as low as $0.50 an hour. Prisoners are also expected to pay back for their cost of incarceration after they are released. Don’t even get me started on the exploitation of the commissary services (owned by a semi-monopoly- there are only two vendors available in the US that does this) or the removal of in person …

Child support payments are set by the court based on what the child needs. While there are plenty of shitty single moms (I have had some stinkers as neighbors), it also behooves dudes to do their best not to impregnate someone who is obviously the kind of person you describe. If you do, then you need to deal with it just like the rest of the people who make bad decisions. The US is hyper capitalist and doesn’t like paying welfare to single moms and children if they can get the genetic father to do it, especially if he has no other contact with the child. Most of the child support rules are in place specifically for this. Child support would probably be less of a burden on people if there was a better social safety net.

I’ve met a spectrum of nice guy types, so I can give you a general overview of my experience: that guy I knew who was nice, but he had no confidence around women, so while he was generally ok to be around with as one of the guys, he refused to get out of his comfort zone and would either ignore or be abrupt when girls were around. I’m in a similar situation in that I am on the spectrum and queer, my mom was horribly abusive even though my dad was awesome (he is likely undiagnosed autistic too), and my partner choice as well as my own personality was heavily influenced by not wanting a partner like her or behaving poorly to my partner.

Are you also neurodivergent? Folks who are tend to be much less likely to fall into the abuse = normal due to sensory processing needs. It can often lead to being relationship avoidant or actively searching for the opposite.

This is often outside of competition for jobs. I’ve seen my female coworkers often talked over or have others discount their ideas in meetings even if they had a point and it seems pretty targeted. I’m still not sure if it’s just their ego and unconscious or intentional. Luckily I see less of this with younger men, but it depends on how strong the “good old boy” culture is.

I honestly think some of it is a trauma response and some of it is an impulsivity response (ADHD is extremely underdiagnised in women and makes impulse control even harder). A lot of these people also grew up with an abusive male figure in their life, often a dad or step dad. When someone models a “normal” behavior, people tend to seek that out. Without therapy and introspection, it can be hard to sort the trauma from desire

It’s so funny that the dudes going on about wanting a virgin trad wife also hold this belief which seems to imply that he wishes to use her until she has faded in looks and dump her for another virgin trad wife. That sounds rather sociopathic to me.

Having a relationship with someone who goes to the gym and has a job doesn’t mean someone who shares your interests and lifestyle plan is just going to show up. You gotta do the work to get out there to find compatible. Your stats don’t mean jack shit if you aren’t going out there and making an effort to find someone you want who wants you back. Mutual interest is more important than showing up and seeming to expect that it will work like some kind of aphrodisiac to nearby women.

A lot of misogynistic men want to fuck a lot of women who haven’t had any sex because young, inexperienced women have no frame of reference on what good sex looks like and are more likely to blame themselves rather than selfish lovers for their lack of pleasure. They also tend to not want to fuck someone who has ever fucked another penis because they apparently believe in the fiction about penises making vaginas loose or potentially it’s some ridiculous extension of homophobia. My dad is pretty amazing but my mom totally sucks. Both taught me great lessons about what sort of person I want to be, but I think my grandmother probably outshone them both. Honestly, I think that het women should have more partners because men are easy to please and het women need to value receiving sex that is satisfying for them. Too many of my female friends basically had sex they didn’t like or enjoy but accepted because of peer pressure or wanting to be a good girlfriend. The worst part is that men get it into their heads that they’re actually good at sex when their partner is merely accepting penetration to please them.

Dude. You miss the point. The point is that most people who have pale skin in the US and are the descendants of immigrants got sweet ass deals three generations ago that allowed them to own land and build wealth with relatively little difficulty. Women who love stories with a violent and uber masculine man love those stories for the exact same reason why women love the Anne McCaffrey books about dragonriders. Or horse girls and their horses. Women do tend to live in a world where they are physically and economically at a disadvantage, and it gets worse the further back you go in time. I think that people who have more economic choices and reproductive control options will be less likely to just couple with the first person they shack up with. My understanding is the divorce rate is actually not increasing. It did temporarily increase once no-fault divorce was legalizes but flattened out after. There’s a reason it’s called “late stage” capitalism. When the majority of wealth generation opportunities are only available to a very small number of people, and our systems are being held up by incestuous mega corporation conglomerates that are selling shit to subsections of themselves to create ever increasing profit indexes, it leads to a glut of over production of low quality tchotchkes that need incessant replacement by the masses when they aren’t being crushed and destroyed or dumped in …

To be fair, most guys will lower their standards for no strings attached sex if they are getting laid and they will compromise their standards for a longterm relationship with a woman who checks enough of the boxes they need. But that’s just life. If someone is hardcore settling for reasons that have nothing to do with the relationship (wanting to please parents, wanting to fit in), the relationship is in danger of failing.

I mean, I think that the main issues with porn are that a lot of young people look at unrealistic depictions of sex and draw their conclusions that it is what sex should be like. A lot of porn sex is uncomfortable irl but is done that way to look good on video. You can say the same for things like romance movies and books. Most of those things would be a horror story if done in real life. Having unrealistic expectations and not communicating openly during sex is a great way to train your partner…

I feel like a lot of people hang onto the word “privilege” when they feel disadvantaged. There are different sorts, though. Privilege is often meant to mean “the assumptions others have about you without you saying anything.” It’s really easy when you are lonely and horny to feel like “everyone else” has it easier, but it’s also confirmation bias. I was very careful not to place blame with the man not being communicated with. What I’m trying to say here is that if we wait for a woman who can’t communicate her needs well to suddenly communicate them explicitly, you’re more likely looking at a dead bedroom situation.
