1	Need some truth, is the gym a game-changer? Yeah personally doing 4-5 hours a week did very little for me. I had more muscle but most girls wouldn’t have said I look like I lift. Some were even surprised when I said I lifted. I don’t use dating apps anymore. I do better in person. Idk if my text game or pics are weak, but it rarely worked out for me. Now I do about 10 girls per year but I don’t care about numbers anymore, and have more girls be consistent. Cause they don’t need to have as many pounds of muscle to look jacked But every super jacked natty guy I know does at least 10 hours per week. And same, my 2 hours each day are intense af. I was single the whole time. I was thin and not muscular, but hit the gym 3 days a week. Lifting only made a difference once I was very noticeably jacked. Like one of the most jacked in my gym.
