You sound to me like a man without a purpose. It really isn't about what she does in your day to day, but what you're doing. Men easily get comfortable in marriages and you got to make sure that you're not losing your self. Thats when they usually start bitching, or just flat out ignoring you. Self-development stuff is good and all, but you got to be your true self as a man and can't bend under the pressure of your woman.

don't overdo it, keep it slow and steady. taking on too much at once will inevitably lead to a setback.

this is trp what do you expect? go no contact and stay there. no amount of doing dumb shit will get her back. let her be the first to message you, be prepared for an incoming shitstorm... but hey don't count on it.

Kill your ego. No need to get worked up over those who are blind.

Look up Gateways to Now on Spotify, very good to get into it. If you like it read the books, they are filled with knowledge. Just reading them pushed me into the now.

Relationship: Somewhere around last week she told me that whatever I'll do, I probably won't be able to fix this relationship. No problem cause I already checked out of this shit. I'm going hard on STFU and giving her close to zero attention. She still shit tests very frequently and asks me about my new girlfriend (that's her own idea), I just fog. Self-Development: Created my MAP with the help of Finishing what you start. The theory is pretty on lock, I know how to improve myself and my life in…

Myself: Mid 20s, not married, 1 sweet 7 months old baby boy, somewhere around 16-18% BF. 2 years of lifting and 1 year of calisthenics training. I'm not huge by any means but you can see that I am working out. Yesterday I posted on askmrp, the replies from you guys gave me a clear signal that I am still not where I think I am. I am still making this all about my girlfriend instead of myself. I am very into spirituality and being aware throughout the day, having read Eckhart Tolles books multiple…

Deadbedroom atm, I've recovered once from that when the little one was born. I know which buttons to push with her to recover a second time so its just a matter of time. She likes to put me through some extreme hardship when the relationship is not going well, this is where the most growth happens on my side. This time I'll concentrate on keeping the relationship running.

I read about fogging before but never really got the concept. You're right imo AA would just worsen the situation. Thanks man

She probably sends this stuff to everyone she knows/has in her phone. She's doing this for image, validation and attention.

Imo it's often the subconscious self that seems to be a lazy shit. Be the self you really want to be.

With just the tiniest bit of common sense this could've been prevented lol.

I would've aborted instantly. But it was her decision not to.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
