And this is why I don't like George Carlin. However great he was in life, he still subscribed to the idea that men had it easy, we're idiots and women have the most burdens placed upon them.

How can you put feminists back in their place if they have no place to begin with? They're a detriment to society and are only capable of dividing the populace and making society eat itself.

Seems to me that the women in question in these posts need to be more assertive with the things that they say, as in, if they have an idea, they need to speak up. In the posts, they're described as "meek" and give "feeble" answers or rebuttals. Sound off like you've got a pair ladies! This is typical in conversations, the most soft spoken and least vocal will be drowned out by everyone else. There isn't an oppressive climate against women. You're not taken seriously not because you a woman, but …

I like your explanation better actually and I agree with you almost a hundred percent, except for one thing: Women didn't fight for the right to vote. Men fought for theirs, but women didn't. A group of wealthy elitist women got together and advocated for the right to vote for women of their status and only their status, like their male counter parts. Men on the other hand had to fight and die in WWI for their political franchise. It set the stage for how politics are today, in that the female v…

Where in the fuck did I say ANYTHING about fox news? Fucking where? Please, by all means, point that out to me jack ass. I'm all for civil discourse and actually talking about these things, and I certainly don't down vote anyone unless they're trolling or are willfully ignorant. Automatically writing someone off and throwing nonsensical accusations around (seriously fox news? wtf dude?) only makes you look like a fuck nut.

"The patriarchy says that men are bad"...Patriarchy is something you created, so actually you're saying it. Fuck nut

Indeed, one of the hallmarks of the MRM is that we back our claims with facts and data. Not faulty information, gut feelings or "Intuition". Its what sets us apart from other movements and blows the ever loving hell out of any argument the feminist movement has. Any debate of conversation I have with anyone on our issues, I always throw in numbers, names, dates, etc. The only time I don't is when I'm on twitter, since 160 character limit. That said, what he said hit the nail on the head. Its why…

It is very deplorable. "It's a sad that it's considered remarkable when a spouse remains faithful during a deployment." indeed. This is why I firmly believe why society, even when it has made efforts to further women's rights, still doesn't see a woman as a human being, in that view, men can't be as good as women and women are incapable of being as bad as a man.

Actually its the idiots at whoneedsfeminism.com who are at fault. That pic was submitted here: http://www.whoneedsfeminism.org/ for our site. Those idiots at .com were too dense to realize what he was saying.

True enough. I'm only resorting to the same kind of idiocy they employ. I should have used better judgement. Thanks for the clarity

The current state of affairs is in part our fault. Much like if a parent allows their child to run amok with out fear of punishment. Men grew complacent in their position, and when we had our rights taken away from us, we didn't even realize it until it was too late. Feminism came about not because of male advocacy but because of male negligence. We weren't as vigilant as our fore fathers were in keeping human nature in check. If the roles were reversed and it was men who were raised as spoiled …

Who said anything about spreading hatred? In my experience, the MRM has always operated on using facts, data and basing all of their arguments in reality. I simply suggested we head over like good internet neighbors and give her a reality check.

The MRM makes me happy because it gave me a place where I can be vulnerable about myself and not get ridiculed for it. It gave me a place that had discussions on male victims of sexual assault, specifically boys molested by women and that it treated the issue seriously and with compassion. I'm happy because its broadened my world views and introduced me to a whole cadre of people I would have been unaware of otherwise. The MRM has helped me feel more like a man, but even more so like a human. It…
