1	Mother has ex-husband arrested for confiscating his daughter's iPhone I am not determining or stretching anything I was recounting what other places had reported. the cops came twice, and after a court had ordered he return the phone THEN they arrested him. 1	Mother has ex-husband arrested for confiscating his daughter's iPhone A couple other places reported that the phone belonged to the mom and the bill was paid by the daughter- Either way, the mom didn't "Have the Father arrested" the cops were called about a property dispute and AFTER he was told several times to give it back they arrested him. There was sufficient evidence to believe there could have been a crime committed and the cops did their job. I'm in Florida, drive a truck and do something similar to UBER- I also carry a concealed weapon either in my console or on my person.
