| 1 | Nicki Minaj ex boyfriend says she STABBED him. Media reaction? Bury the story and don't report it. Notice headline phrases it as a man making a claim. Funny how they only insist on automatically believing stores of abuse when a woman is the victim, not the perpetrator. That's not true. I can't stand it but I know some intelligent people who enjoy it. Why they enjoy it I can only try and understand, but they do anyway | /r/MensRights | 16/08/18 05:13 PM |
| 1 | Beloved actor Morgan Freeman accused of sexual assault under "MeToo". Vancouver ferry halts Freeman voice for exits, gift shop, burgers etc.Who is the feminist trolling? I hope you aren't referring to me. I'm an egalitarian. Not a feminist. It doesn't take a halfway decent person to understand that calling women who accuse someone of sexual harassment whores isn't helping anyone. Instead we should fight for a legal system where men aren't disadvantaged and are able to be seen as innocent until proven guilty. No name calling required | /r/MensRights | 25/05/18 08:26 PM |
| 7 | Beloved actor Morgan Freeman accused of sexual assault under "MeToo". Vancouver ferry halts Freeman voice for exits, gift shop, burgers etc.Wow. And people wonder why no k e takes men's rights activists seriously. Don't call people whores unless they sell their bodies for money | /r/MensRights | 25/05/18 06:15 PM |

If others who haven't formed an opinion of the movement see comments like these they will assume the movement is racist, and not assume you are sarcastic. | /r/MensRights | 14/10/17 08:05 PM |
| 26 | Mother who killed three-year-old son 'because he looked like his father' jailed for 33 years: They can't hurt you anymore, Joseph. And this is why people don't take the men's rights movement seriously. Keep the hate out of this movement and this sub. There is no place for it here | /r/MensRights | 14/10/17 07:27 PM |
| 1 | Cool social experiment on Tinder [x-post "All men are pigs who care only about looks!"]That's not true. I managed a date maybe every 2 weeks for a couple months until I met my girlfriend on tinder. Just gotta have good picks and knows what to say | /r/MensRights | 03/03/17 09:58 PM |
| 5 | Bill Cosby wins defamation caseThat's not what this trial was for. This trial was allowing him to essentially defend himself. I hope no one here will argue that he is innocent if he is found guilty against the actual charges that he raped someone, which again, was not this trial. | /r/MensRights | 24/01/16 12:39 AM |
| 1 | Bill Cosby wins defamation caseThat's a saying sure, but then why would we keep anyone in prison on the off chance that they are not guilty? | /r/MensRights | 24/01/16 12:34 AM |
| 6 | Bill Cosby wins defamation caseOK. Well do you know if bill Cosby was lying? No! He is innocent until proven guilty. Therefore he is innocent right now. An innocent person saying they didn't do it is not lying. | /r/MensRights | 24/01/16 12:33 AM |
| 1 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)Oh yeah I definitely meant for consenting adults. Should have been more clear | /r/MensRights | 27/07/14 12:37 AM |
| 1 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)Now that's something I can get behind. Assuming we had better studies of course. We should be able to make an educated decision | /r/MensRights | 27/07/14 12:28 AM |
| 3 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)Probably. There needs to be more in biased research in this field for sure based on what I have found | /r/MensRights | 27/07/14 12:22 AM |
| 1 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)I'm not just picking certain studies to agree with. I'm trying to find both sides. You presented information from only one side so I found some from the other. You can't simply claim every study that you disagree with is a bad study. You can't pick and choose like that. It's not how it works. Edit. And here is a study showing the opposite from my previous study posted. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/23374102/ You can't argue that there are different opinions on the matter. Legitimate studi… | /r/MensRights | 27/07/14 12:17 AM |
| 1 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)You're right. Penile cancer is also incredibly rare so that's a horrible example on my part. My bad. | /r/MensRights | 27/07/14 12:11 AM |
| 3 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)I can't understand it either. I feel like it would. However some studies show the opposite. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/jsm.12293/abstract I'm only wondering how some studies show complete opposite results | /r/MensRights | 27/07/14 12:06 AM |
| 1 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)Sorry about that, here you go. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/jsm.12293/abstract | /r/MensRights | 27/07/14 12:04 AM |
| 1 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)That is true, but can there not be benefits if I choose it myself? If it does actually lower penile cancer like many claim, should we not tell people that? People can have the choice. It helps to know both sides thougb | /r/MensRights | 26/07/14 11:58 PM |
| 0 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)I'm not claiming anything at all. And why does where I post something change how it's interpreted? I've grown to like the men's right movement because they tend to more or less look at every side of things. I'm simply showing another point of view. Again, I'm not saying that men should be circumcised. You asked for some studies on the benefits of circumcision which I then presented. It's up to you on how you want to interpret them. You can't deny that many argue for the benefits of circumcision … | /r/MensRights | 26/07/14 11:57 PM |
| 0 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2334/6/172 This study was cited saying that it decreases cervical cancer in women. I'm on my phone and can't open it now, but here is one Here is another one stating the lowered risk of hiv. http://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(07)60312-2/abstract | /r/MensRights | 26/07/14 11:42 PM |
| 1 | Because I’m circumcised, my penis is taking forever to heal and is in constant pain (not to mention completely unresponsive to sexual pleasure)Serious question. Why do I see studies that say that it doesn't decrease sensitivity? Like the one here http://www.m.webmd.com/baby/news/20030430/circumcision-does-not-affect-sensitivity. Are these faulty studies? Here it also states that while complications can occur, it decreases the chance of certain infections that can cause serious problems to both the man and his sexual partner. To me that fact outweighs the chance of a bad circumcision. I'm not trying to say that circumcision shouldn't be… | /r/MensRights | 26/07/14 09:20 PM |
| -2 | 100 peer-reviewed scientific studies have found male circumcision painful, traumatic, or psychologically harmful to men and boysAlso these findings assume that circumcision, a socoally accepted act, would bear the same results as other bodily amputations, an assertion that needs further backing. You claim that a man would find it abhorrent? I would say that, at least where I am from, it is more unusual to not be circumcised. Also, you really shouldn't attack an individual. It gives less credit to your argument. And I will be keeping my degree, thank you | /r/MensRights | 26/06/14 10:44 PM |
| -2 | 100 peer-reviewed scientific studies have found male circumcision painful, traumatic, or psychologically harmful to men and boysWhile it is possible that you can feel distraught over a circumcision you had, I have a hard time believing that it is the circumcision. There are a few examples that come to mind where a person might find some sort of trauma from it. If it was a bad circumcision and caused pain later in life (which is rare and does not justify being so against circumcision). Also, if social stigma existed against circumcision then yeah, it could be a problem. That's not the case though. Every pens displayed out… | /r/MensRights | 26/06/14 10:33 PM |
| -2 | 100 peer-reviewed scientific studies have found male circumcision painful, traumatic, or psychologically harmful to men and boysYeah pretty much. I don't see myself as harmed personally. For my future kids, ill probably leave it up to the wife. If she doesn't care then we won't do it. I'll agree that it should be left up to the individual person to have it done. I just don't think it is psychologically harmful. I have a degree in psychology and that makes no sense to me | /r/MensRights | 26/06/14 08:40 PM |
| -1 | 100 peer-reviewed scientific studies have found male circumcision painful, traumatic, or psychologically harmful to men and boysI have to disagree. I mean, you can't say that every person doesn't prefer one thing over the other. | /r/MensRights | 26/06/14 02:39 PM |
| -7 | 100 peer-reviewed scientific studies have found male circumcision painful, traumatic, or psychologically harmful to men and boysI agree with you. I'm happy with my parents decision. It just looks better. | /r/MensRights | 26/06/14 02:21 PM |
| -16 | 100 peer-reviewed scientific studies have found male circumcision painful, traumatic, or psychologically harmful to men and boysYeah, it's tough. I mean I'm glad I was circumcised but I would never do it while I was older due to the pain. I have no issue with me being circumcised as a baby though | /r/MensRights | 26/06/14 05:28 AM |
