1	Female boss accused of making sexual joke I felt the same way to. In fact it was odd that she chose to go into such detail with the whole division, most of which had no knowledge of the complaint. I knew the topic of the meeting before hand so took some time to glance around the room. There was an awkward silence. We all just kind of sat there as she cried. 1	Female boss accused of making sexual joke Yeah. We talked prior, despite my issues with her I advised her not to hold the meeting. 1	Female boss accused of making sexual joke It was the word penis. The context was a conversation between her and our secretary in reference to their kids. Whoopi is right in the sense that if anyone agresses against a superior opponent don't be surprised at the outcome. 1	Top performing boys outperform girls, world wide, Pisa researcher finds. Twice as many boys than girls are in the top 1% of maths students across the globe. 3	A man who attempted to rape a woman has been cleared of the charges by a Swedish court after it turned out that the woman he tried to rape was biologically a man. If a man is the victim, it apparently Good point. A man hitting a woman is not viewed in the same light as a woman hitting a man. 19	A buddy /coworker has been falsely accused of sexually harassing a chick at the job today and I'm LIVID. I wish this wasn't the case. Ideally these types of issues would never rise to the level of formal action. But as commented above when a persons pay becomes at risk there is very little option but to protect your financial interests. It may be the case where this individual is absolved of all wrong doing in the end but it would be a terrible thing to go bankrupt in the process. 48	A buddy /coworker has been falsely accused of sexually harassing a chick at the job today and I'm LIVID. Your friend's strongest defense is to file an EEO complaint based on race. It maybe the case that he is being treated unfairly. Perhaps if he was a white male he might not be on leave without pay. Who knows? Once the complaint is assigned a case number the company has an obligation to pursue both claims independently. As part of most EEOC issues, an alternative dispute process is usually part of the initial arrangements to settle disputes before going to the full investigation.
