I was just trying to come up with a reason. I don't think the title meant that he did it because he was trying to avoid a false sexual assault accusation, but that in denying Kesha's hug, he also avoided a sex assault claim. Also, I'm pretty sure this sub isn't sexist.

Because in todays world a consensual hug is enough to constitute as sexual assault

The comment section in that specific thread seems to disagree with her notions, so I wouldn't look too much into it

Erections occur based on stimulation and sexual arousal, and as such doesn't indicate consent to sex. It doesn't matter if you want it or not, the sliding pressure on your penis will cause an erection most likely (unless you have erectile dysfunction). Also, bear in mind that 'rape' in this case might actually be statutory rape, which occurs when the penetrator is underage/unable to consent. If that's not the case, the victim could have been pegged. Correct me if I am wrong

Hopefully that helps convince the court to deny her request

I don't know whats worse: The fact that Yahoo focuses most attention on issues already made known to the public, or that the commenters have some rather colorful things to say about anyone involved in the articles topic

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
