The truth is, no one can force you to get your shit together. No one is going to pick you up and give you friends, or a job, or hobbies. You said so yourself that you have all these resources at your fingertips, and I know it's not what you want to hear but the only way to go for it is to do it yourself. There is nothing wrong with you physically, there is nothing stopping you from being happy but your mind, and you are in charge of that. The mind is like a muscle - you have to exercise it to ma…

Hey man, don't feel down. What you said - it's always tempting to seize hold of the simple explanations and the logical reasoning for people's behaviour, but the simple truth is that we're all just human beings who are sometimes as irrational and selfish as anybody. It's not a gender thing, it's a person thing, and I guarantee you there are just as many girls out there who feel just as jaded with dating etc as you do. If you can, take the positive aspects of TRP and run with it. Getting fit, get…

Just FYI, skirts are really nice and cool to wear on a warm day, give a great range of movement (I wear 'em when I'm feeling a bit fat as they don't fit as tightly as jeans), and are just really easy to throw on in a pinch and slip on some ballet flats. I'm pretty sure that if it was socially acceptable, tons of guys would wear skirts, and not to flaunt their bods.

Women and men have the same amount of options, in the West at least the gender balance is very close to 50:50. Let's look at it from a completely logical point of view. We have a woman who has a long-term boyfriend she loves (not present), and a super hot guy. Let's also say, for the point of argument, that the hot guy in this situation is a sociopath with absolutely no standards, so he will definitely have sex with the woman if she so chooses. So, the woman has two options: have sex with this g…

Um, okay, this is where the bullshit starts. Everything you said there is factually untrue and extremely presumptuous. And yes, you are being hypocritical. 1) Why would a woman be no good at settling down after many partners, but a man would? Really think about it. Why? 2) everyone, of both genders, likes people who are fit and confident. This is in no way a guys v girls thing. However, to say that everyone would choose someone like that over every other option ignores every other facet of human…

The virgin thing and the beta-alpha thing are really the only dumb things there (most people aren't into polyamoury - it's extremely niche in real life - and no shit sometimes people cheat on other people, gender doesn't matter in that context). The alpha-beta thing you don't really clarify, but imo what TRP does is take well-adjusted, social behaviour (being fit, confident) and pigeonhole it as a certain way of being. The funny part is that everyone I've met who is actually like that also has a…

Hey man, I read your rambling and it's not pathetic. The legitimate points TRP have are to do with going to the gym and trying to be more confident - mad props to you for engaging with that. Unfortunately, the bullshit points TRP has is... Everything else. The key is, don't let TRP or anyone else tell you how to conduct your life and your relationships. No 'game' in the world is a substitute for open communication and honesty. Whether it's with fwb or an ltr, just be a good person and be honest,…
